JoJo Fletcher has talked to DailyMail.com about how she stays so toned after presenting her summer collection for Cupshe.
Turns out, the 33-year-old former Bachelor star makes sure she stays very active but she does not hit the gym.
‘I really just try to move my body on a daily basis,’ the blonde told DailyMail.com sharing she prefers to get her exercise outdoors.
‘Whether it’s a game of pickleball or a walk while listening to your favorite playlist, finding something that you enjoy is the most important thing.’
And she makes time for her mental health.
Fletcher shared that one of her goals for the rest of 2024 was ‘to continue prioritizing taking those moments to disconnect and recharge when needed.’

Jojo added: ‘That actually was an inspiration for this Soul Space collection… making the time for yourself and reconnecting with the things that fuel your soul.’
And professionally she is ‘so excited’ with everything she has been working on.
‘From this amazing collection with Cupshe, to starting my own beverage brand, Saint Spritz & building out my furniture line with Abbyson, I’m really working hard to pour myself into these projects because they are all things I’m really passionate about,’ shared the pinup reality TV star.
Her favorite piece from the Cupshe collection is a one piece.
‘I love them all so this is always a hard question, but I have to say the Tulum one piece is one of my favorites from the entire collection,’ she admitted.
‘When it comes to the coverups, Jordy which is a beautiful black knit dress that can actually be worn two different ways has to be my favorite.’
Her favorite part about collaborating with Cupshe was that the team really allowed her to design pieces she would want to have in her closet.

She was a contestant on the twentieth season of ABC’s The Bachelor and the lead on the twelfth season of The Bachelorette.
The reality TV star also chatted with DailyMail.com about how she stays in such great shape.
‘I just always try to move my body every day. Whether it’s just a walk, Pilates class or a pickleball game with Jordan!’ she said.
And the looker is a fan is of a quick 10 minute workout here and there as she named her top game.
‘The obvious answer here is a quick pickleball game for me!’ she said.

‘If that’s not for you, I love just getting on my phone and pulling up a quick little full bodyweight strength class that I can knock out from wherever I am. I also love a fast power walk.’
The Dallas native who has been married to Jordan Rodgers since 2022 loves working with Cupshe again.
‘The last time around, the Cupshe team was simply a dream to work with when I co-designed my first collection with them. They made the entire process so easy, and the pieces turned out amazing.
‘So, when they asked if I wanted to do round 2, I didn’t have to think twice.
‘I wanted to include something for everyone in this festival collection! It features bold pops of color for the spring and festival season, yet still incorporates some perfect neutrals that will turn heads.
‘These pieces are ones that will make you feel confident and sexy while also being super comfortable to wear!

Her favorite looks for spring are light colors.
‘I am a sucker for pastels, lilacs, florals and yellows for the spring. We have the cutest lilac one piece and bikini in this collection that would be PERFECT for spring.
‘There are subtle details to these pieces that add the perfect amount of interest as well.’
Jojo – whose birth name is Joelle Hannah Fletcher – is a reality TV star.
She was a contestant on the 20th season of ABC’s The Bachelor and the lead on the twelfth season of The Bachelorette.
JoJo and Jordan have had a high profile romance.
The happy pair met in 2016 when JoJo, a real estate developer, was looking for love as The Bachelorette.
She and the good-looking sportscaster had instant chemistry and got engaged on the season finale, but waited a while before tying the knot.

Rodgers actually proposed twice to his new bride.
He proposed once on The Bachelorette, and then a second time without cameras for a more private and intimate setting.
The pandemic put a crimp in some of their plans, making it necessary to reschedule their efforts to become husband and wife in 2020 and 2021.
The couple were finally able to tie the knot in front of family and friends with the bride wearing an exquisite Ines de Santo gown and the groom wearing a classic black tuxedo in May 2022.
After a long engagement, the pair are finally newlyweds and JoJo shared her joy and excitement with People.
‘It feels so good! It took a while to get here but it was all worth it. We are FINALLY married!!!’ the star stated.
The wedding bands and the jewelry used for the big wedding day were both from Ring Concierge.
The jewelry company is based out of New York City.
Fletcher surprised her followers in May 2022 by showing that she had a few different wedding bands that could easily be switched out and paired with her oval-shaped engagement ring each day.
