Sasha Mielczarek has put his renovated 1890s home in the Southern Highlands on the market for $3.2million.
The stunning Bowral property, dubbed ‘Chester’ by the Bachelorette winner, was listed on Realestate.com.au late last week and is set to go to auction on February 24.
Boasting four beds, three baths and a separate self-contained studio, the 19th century Victorian cottage will be handled by real estate agency DiJones Bowral.
Sasha purchased the property in December 2020 for a reported $1.385million and has shared his renovation journey on Instagram.
He shared before and after photos of the incredible transformation with his followers in 2022 after he returned the run-down house ‘to its former glory’.

‘Long time coming however well worth the wait! Introducing “Chester”, located in Bowral in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales,’ he wrote at the time.
‘Originally built in the late 1890s, my mother and I purchased the property at the start of the pandemic with the aim of restoring it to its former glory.
‘Two years later and a number of iterations throughout design, here is the end result and we couldn’t be happier.’

Before and after photos show the property has undergone a refreshing makeover complete with new roofing, windows and paint.
Its 1890s kitchen, which included black and white tiles and wooden kitchen tops, were replaced with modern appliances and a clean finish.
According to a listing on Realestate.com.au, the property was last sold for $840,000 in July 2010 before Sasha, 43, snapped it up a decade later.
It was described as ‘a charming and rare original Victorian cottage (circa 1890) in a premium location – just an easy level stroll to the high street of Bowral’.

The home featured three bedrooms and two bathrooms at the time, along with a country-style kitchen, separate studio and courtyard with views of Mount Gibraltar.

It’s the second home for Sasha in the area, after he revealed he’d finally completed work on another NSW property he purchased four years ago.
The former reality star bought a plot of land in Bowral in June 2016 for an estimated $420,000 to build his dream home.
He planned to live there with his then-girlfriend Sam Frost, who he met on The Bachelorette, but split from the Home and Away star in December that same year.
