‘So I did some surprise pop up gigs in fans houses, secretly recording a live album of Autumn Variations where each song is recorded in a different fans living room, but all of it was a total surprise,’ he said.
Included in one of the sessions, recorded with fan Kari, is a version of his song Wake Me Up from his + album.
The tune was included in the video, after Sheeran discovered that Kari had a piano.
The series, called Autumn Variations Fan Living Room Sessions, dropped on October 2 and is available on You Tube.
