‘I can smell the mankiness of the dreads and the deathly odour of Lynx Africa through this picture somehow,’ they wrote.
It appeared they were onto something with this assessment as Tommy replied with: ‘I wish this wasn’t so acurate.’
The throwback pic comes amid rumours that Tommy is dating his Hit Network co-host Carrie Bickmore, after the blonde bombshell’s split from husband Chris Walker.
Last year, the pair hosted their HIT FM radio show from Paris, France, which had fans convinced they are romantically involved.
Carrie split from her partner of eleven years at the start of last year, while Tommy had been reportedly single after his split from girlfriend Natalie Kyriacou in 2021.
Carrie announced their split in an Instagram post in January 2022, saying the pair was focused on co-parenting their three children, Ollie, 16, Evie, eight, and Adelaide, five.
Tommy rushed to Carrie’s side at the time she confirmed her breakup, leading insiders to speculate their friendship could evolve into something more.
It’s also been a big year for the duo in the ratings stakes with their Hit Network drive show recently hitting number one.
Hitting the number one spot last month makes it the pair’s fourth consecutive win in the ratings – the best result the Hit Network has received for its Drive slot since 2018.
Carrie and Tommy currently boast an 11.1 per cent share of the market across Australia, with an 11.7 per cent share in Melbourne and 17 per cent share in Brisbane.
The duo have also been nominated for two Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs).
