Australian surf champ Mick Fanning has sold off his skate ramp pad on the Gold Coast to a private buyer days ahead of its scheduled auction.
Fanning, 43, bought the three-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury home in 2021 for $3million.
Located only minutes from Tugun Beach, the unique, ultra-modern home, which features an indoor skate ramp, quickly became one of the most viewed properties in Australia soon after it was listed in October.
Scheduled to go to auction on Saturday afternoon, the beautifully appointed property was snapped up by a cash buyer this week reported The Courier Mail on Friday.
No details of the sale have been made public but it is understood that the house was bought for just under $4million.
The home, built around a skate ramp, created massive interest with realestate.com reporting it was the most viewed home scheduled for auction this week.

Located on the border between Currumbin and Tugun, it also features a home gym, sauna, and swimming pool.
Built in 2018 in a leafy enclave alongside a creek near the famed Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, the beautiful getaway boasts 51m of water frontage.
Design features include a thoughtful open plan, decorative timber finishings, and an al fresco dining area.
The well-equipped and roomy kitchen, meanwhile, features a large breakfast bar.
The property was expected to fetch $4million after it was listed in October.
Fanning and his partner Breeana Randall also own several other properties in the area, which are believed to total around $10 million in value.
They lived in the house with their two young children, Xander and Lyla.
RealEstate.com.au previously reported that the property was also one of the most viewed homes in Australia when it was last listed for sale in 2021.

Fanning has an impressive property empire and sold his Coolangatta duplex for $2.8million at another auction back in 2021.
There were nine registered bidders at the auction, with two parties entering a bidding war. The winning bidder is a local from the area and bought the property as an investment.
The larger apartments were expected to yield around $750 per week, and the granny flats around $450 each week.
Fanning purchased the beachside units for $3.1million in 2007 and repainted the block and renovated the interiors in a beachy, bohemian style.
He reportedly still owns two other properties in the same street, which he bought in 2005 and 2006 for $1.39million and $1.2million respectively.
Fanning who hails from Sydney’s Penrith, is one of Australia’s most celebrated surfers.
He later became one of the founders of the Balter brewery which was snapped up by Carlton & United Breweries in a shock acquisition in 2019.
The brewery, located in Currumbin on the Gold Coast, was launched in 2016 at the peak of the micro brewing trend that took bars and beer gardens by storm.
CUB reportedly paid $150million to $200million in the buyout.
