Australian model Ashley Hart celebrated the arrival of a baby boy with partner Marco Utah in December.
And on Wednesday, the 35-year-old took to Instagram to share an interpretive motherhood dance with her followers.
Ashley explained the rhythmic dance was the first time since giving birth she had decided ‘to be moved again’.
She went on to pen an emotive letter dedicated to her movement coach Kate Shela in the caption.
‘Today was the first time since being in labour that I decided to be moved again… right here in this same backyard, to the same playlist by my beloved teacher @therealkateshela,’ she wrote.

‘What medicine (As Kate so exquisitely expresses in this audio) to turn towards the body, to see how I really feel… all of the answer do really seem to reside here.’
‘The power of reflection, of true connection. A ‘house’ to process and heal. This embodiment practice engrains the lessons and allows a spaciousness to listen to the learnt wisdom over & over again,’ Hart continued.
‘Here today with my beautiful baby boy, feet in the ground, on the earth. Held by the trees, looking to the sky… I’m feeling it all. The grace, the beauty, the triumph… I hear my hearts whispers, my bodies strength, the reminder of my confidence and above all else, heavenly supported.’

‘I wasn’t only taken back to my labour today but my pregnancy… dancing at the @the360emergence workshop in Australia, 6 months pregnant. Where there too I was feeling ungrounded and shaky… unsure, forgetful.
‘Until I danced, Into centre, back to zero. As I dance, I come home, over & over again. Thank you for being one of my greatest guides and teachers. Weaving your medicine and magic through my body even when oceans apart,’ she finished.
In January, Hart posted to Instagram to announce the news of her new arrival, however the actual birth took place on December 21.

She shared a series of images capturing moments from her home birthing experience, where the Australian-born model warmly welcomed her baby in a bath.
In the caption, she wrote: ‘When no words seem to match the magnitude of magic to honour your welcome and to simply utter your name or show your beautiful little face still feel so raw in intimacy.
‘I’ll keep your arrival announcement simple and let your pure divinity speak for itself.’
She continued, revealing the newborn’s unusual name: ‘Welcome “Priest Hart Chavira” to the world.’
