Now the Adelaide-born ‘It’ girl has once again found herself in headlines after splitting from her latest boyfriend, Sydney property heir Angus Onisforou.
It’s the latest in a string of heartbreaks for the 33-year-old, who is perhaps better known for her love life than she is her modelling career.
The blonde has been spotted on the arms of Hollywood actors, billionaires and socialites – not to mention unsubstantiated rumours of a romance with pop star Justin Bieber and bar tsar Justin Hemmes during his single days.
Discussing the public’s fascination with her personal life, Megan said in 2022 that she never takes the gossip to heart.

‘I do get a giggle. I don’t search the stories but someone will see it and send it to me and I will have a little laugh I laugh at it … it is what it is.’
The Guess model’s first known relationship was with artist manager Ashley Wilson, with whom she had an ill-fated engagement.
However, it was her subsequent broken-off engagement to Pedestrian TV co-founder Oscar Martin that really had the rumour mill spinning, after he put her $33,800 Cartier engagement ring up for sale on Facebook following their sudden split.
The couple had agreed to wed in early 2016, but a catastrophe one week into their engagement ended the relationship.
In June 2016, Oscar listed Megan’s 1.23 carat ring as a ‘regretful sale’ on Facebook’s High End buy, swap and sell page. ‘Note this ring was worn for one week only,’ he wrote.
Next up in the roller-coaster saga of Megan’s love life was a cosy sighting in LA with Scott Disick, the former partner of Kourtney Kardashian.
Megan and Scott would go on several more dates in the City of Angels, but never publicly confirmed they were an item.
When quizzed on her relationship status with Scott in May 2016, Megan would only say: ‘He is a lovely guy but that’s about all I’m going to say about that.’

She also deflected questions about him during an interview on The Morning Show.
‘I do know Scott, we’re friends, but I’ve made a lot of great new friends in LA and New York,’ she said, adding: ‘Not just him, a bunch of people.’
Her entanglement with Disick marked the start of Megan’s life in the entertaining and sometimes saucy world of online blind gossip.
Meanwhile, after things fizzled out with Disick, Megan would go on to have a brief romance with Tom Derickx, an AFL-star-turned-model, in early 2017.

When asked during an Instagram Q&A how they got together, she stressed their relationship was the real deal.
