Ashley Roberts stuns in a green sequinned dress with a daring thigh-high split at the British Fashion Awards 2023, showing off her long legs.

Ashley Roberts put on a very leggy display as she arrived at the 2023 British Fashion Awards at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Monday.

The former Pussycat Doll, 42, wore a glitzy sequinned green and black floor-length dress with a daring thigh-high split.

Singer Ashley’s off-the-shoulder garment featured a low cut neckline which swept downwards across the front and up into two points at either side below her shoulders.

The gown featured accents of purple and sparkled under the venue’s bright lights as she walked the red carpet at the event.

Heart FM showbiz correspondent Ashley added a few inches to her stature by opting for some black open-toed strappy heels for the evening.

She confidently struck a variety of poses before heading in for the awards ceremony. 

A-listers such as Beyonce, Kate Moss, Poppy Delevingne, Lily James, Jourdan Dunn and Rina Sawayama are all expected to walk the red carpet at the British Fashion Awards 2023. 

The event, presented by jewellery brand Pandora returned to the iconic London venue, the Royal Albert Hall on Monday evening. 

Leading industry figures will be recognised such as Valentino Garavani with the Outstanding Achievement award, make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury with the Special Recognition Award, and the late Joe Casely-Hayford with a posthumous special recognition award.

South Londoner Kai Isaiah Jamal has been nominated for the model of the year gong along with the likes of Paloma Elsesser and Alton Mason.  

The event serves as the main fundraiser for the BFC Foundation. which supports the future growth and success of the British fashion industry through its focus on education, grant-giving, and business mentoring.

The BFC is also going back to having some gender-based design awards for the first time since the pandemic, splitting the best British designers into menswear and womenswear categories. 

On Friday, it was revealed that the British singer Sam Smith will accept the Cultural Innovator Award on stage.

Guests have previously included Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, Dua Lipa, with Bella Hadid winning model of the year in 2022. 

Caroline Rush, chief executive of the British Fashion Council, said: ‘It is imperative the awards are reflective of our incredibly multifaceted industry and its brands and creatives.’

Ashley’s outing comes after her burgeoning romance with artist George Rollinson was revealed.

The singer enjoyed a romantic holiday in Dubai with boyfriend George, 25, in October, soaking up the sunsets at beachfront hotel Caesars Palace and dining at the likes of luxury Italian restaurant Scalini.

Posting an Instagram story from her break, the Heart Radio presenter shared a glimpse of her new man, who had his hand rested on her thigh in the back of a taxi.

The artist collaborated with boxer Francis Ngannou for his fight against Tyson Fury last month, decorating the Cameroonian’s boots with his own designs and has created elaborate pieces for the likes of celebrity clients including Drake and Anthony Joshua.

George, who is 17 years Ashley’s junior, is her first serious partner since her split from Strictly Come Dancing professional Giovanni Pernice in 2020.

A source told MailOnline: ‘Ashley and George are smitten with each other.

‘They have chosen to keep their relationship private for now but gradually have started sharing snippets from their life together on social media.

‘George is extremely successful in his own right, creating artwork for massive names and establishing himself in his craft from a young age.

‘Ashley isn’t at all bothered about their age difference… they have similar interests, and he has inspired her creatively, she hasn’t felt this way in a long time.’
