Ashley James proudly showed off her post-partum figure as she cuddled her 10-month-old daughter Ada in a sweet throwback video from her trip to Maldives.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 36, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share an empowering body positivity message with the clip from their trip in November.
Ashley showcased her pregnancy curves in an orange bikini as she playfully swung the toddler from side to side on the beach at the Kuramathi Island Resort.
The TV personality looked sensational in the summery swimwear which highlighted her ample cleavage and curves.
The star titled the video: ‘We owe it to our daughters to never speak negatively about our bodies’.

Ashley was joined by her boyfriend Tommy Andrews as the trio played around in the sand.
The family were also joined by their son Alfie, who was not captured in the heartfelt video.
Sharing the clip to her 364,000 followers, Ashley captioned the post: ‘The way we speak about ourselves and others around our daughters can have such an impact on their lifelong relationship with their bodies.
‘I remember when I was younger, older women always commenting on how much I ate. “WOW! I remember when I could eat anything I wanted. Once you get to my age you’ll have to watch your weight!”
‘The comments always stuck with me. I remember nearly every birthday wondering with fear at what point I’d have to watch what I ate.
‘I remember my Nana always commenting on the size of other women around us. I feel sad that previous generations grew up in such a fatphobic environment and so convinced that they had to be the smallest version of themselves. Living in a cycle of diet culture and a sense of failure.’
Ashley then went on to list the different works and phrases that she will not be using around her youngest child and also urged women to speak positively around their sons, too.
She added: ‘I’ll never speak badly of my body around her. I’ll proudly show off my body, however it looks. I always tell Alf how special my belly is because it grew him.

‘I’ll never comment about her body. She will grow up knowing that her body is so much more special than its appearance.
‘She’ll never see or hear me dieting. I’ll show her a healthy relationship with food – never talking about food as good or bad.
‘I’ll never say things to her like ‘boys don’t like girls who wear / eat / look like that’. I still can’t believe how many times I was told by female adults that men don’t like something as an incentive to not do something. LIKE OUR VALUE AND RAISON D’ETRE IS TO MAKE BOYS LIKE US.
‘I also want to make the point that I think it’s equally as important for us to speak positively about ourselves around our sons. We are the first female bodies they see. We show them how women can and should look. I never want Alf to think women need to shrink themselves to be worthy or valuable.
‘I know that improving body image and freeing ourselves from the shackles of diet culture can be a lengthy battle. But regardless of how we feel about our bodies – whether we love our bodies, are body neutral, or are actually very insecure, I think it’s so important we never project that onto our kids. ‘
Ashley announced in a sweet Instagram post in March that she had given birth to a baby girl, Ada.
The reality star welcomed her first child, a son named Alfie, in January 2021, just a year after she and tech professional Tommy began dating.
Made In Chelsea’s Ashley spent six years single before settling down with Tommy in December 2019, after first meeting ten years earlier.
Six months later, the couple discovered they were having their first baby after Tommy moved into Ashley’s London home amid the coronavirus pandemic.
