Ashley Benson shared rare comments about becoming a first-time mother to her baby daughter Aspen, whom she and her husband of seven months, Brandon Davis, welcomed in February.
‘I’m a new mom, so that’s been very fun!’ the 34-year-old Wilderness actress gushed to People on Wednesday.
Ashley is particularly delighted to dress the three-month-old infant up in girly get-ups.
‘Oh my God, it’s so much fun,’ Benson said.
‘She’s mostly in little cute onesies and stuff, but we’re taking her on vacation at the end of the summer, so I have all of her little dresses and the accessories. I mean, it’s so much fun. Having a girl is the best!’

But aside from the upcoming family trip, the Anaheim native normally ‘just kind of puts her in whatever.’
‘You know what I mean? Because she’s only three months, so she doesn’t know,’ Ashley noted.
‘But it’s been so much fun. It’s the best to dress up the baby.’
In honor of her first Mother’s Day on May 12, Benson shared an Instagram slideshow containing the first snaps of little Aspen captioned: ‘Being your mom is the best gift of all!’

That means Ashley will be attending the world premiere of McVeigh, Mike Ott’s psychological thriller about Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh (in which she plays Cindy), this Friday at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Benson was supposed to portray Chief Maxine in Tracy Boyd’s frat boy comedy Pledge Trip alongside SNL alum Rob Schneider and The Hangover alum Justin Bartha, but there’s been no update on the film since 2022.
The Thomas Ashbourne brand ambassador also keeps busy running her cosmetics company Ash by Ashley, which originated as a fragrance line in 2022.
