The former Love Island star, 31, entered the South Africa villa in a bid to find love again. However, his stint on the show was short-lived when he was dumped from the villa by his own partner, Millie Court, 29.
Now back on UK soil, Charlie is said to be continuing his search for romance on the exclusive dating app.
In new photos obtained by The Sun, Charlie's profile features a selection of snaps with friends and family, but none from his time on the ITV show.
According to the publication, his profile lists his job as 'corporate' and makes no mention of his TV appearances.
Raya is a popular celebrity dating app that has been used by a host of A-list stars.

The app is so exclusive that hopeful singles must apply before being accepted, and membership is believed to cost around £20 per month.
Daily Mail has contacted Charlie's representative for comment.
Charlie's continued search for love comes after his turbulent time on the hit ITV show, where he struck up an instant connection with co-star Millie.

However, things between the couple soon took a turn when Charlie's eye wandered towards Jess Harding, 25, leaving Millie fed up with his 'red flags'.
In the end, fans praised Millie for 'throwing out the trash' as she brutally dumped Charlie in a savage twist last month.
During an instalment of the hit ITV show, viewers voted Millie and Scott van-der-Sluis as the favourite boy and girl, and they were then tasked to dump two islanders.
Scott's decision saw AJ Bunker packing her bags as he chose to save Whitney Adebayo and Jess Harding.
Despite being romantically involved with Charlie since day one and being coupled up with him, Millie got fed up of his 'red flags' and sneaky behaviour with Jess, ultimately dumping him from the villa.

The fitness fanatic and fellow islander Millie had been developing a connection and sharing many conversations - as well as smooches.
However, Millie was subsequently stolen by bombshell Konnor, 30 - leaving Charlie free to 'explore his options' with other girls, notably Jess.
And after admitting he wanted to kiss her on the terrace, he leaned in and planted a kiss on her lips before she'd even finished talking.
Despite the kiss with Jess, Charlie still picked Millie during a dramatic recoupling later that day.
