Katie Price Flies to Dubai for Controversial Honeymoon

Katie Price has defied her concerned family to fly to Dubai to begin her honeymoon with husband Lee Andrews following claims he can't leave the country.

The former glamour model, 47, shocked fans last month when she revealed she had tied the knot for the fourth time to the so-called businessman - just a week after they first met.

Katie - who finally called a truce with ex-husband Peter Andre on Friday - spent the last week back in the UK and popped to a salon to get her lips fillers refreshed and the £2K BBL she had done earlier in the week checked on before flying out. 

Daily Mail previously revealed Lee spent three weeks locked up in a UAE jail for allegedly forging his ex-girlfriend's signature to take out a £200,000 loan in his ex's name and has been banned from leaving the country. 

He denies this is the case and had said he was flying to the UK last week, but later claimed he stay in Dubai to find them a house. 

Katie's family are 'concerned' about the relationship but she 'isn't listening' to them.

A source told The Sun: 'They do not want her to go back to Dubai but she has confirmed that she is leaving today.'

'Katie doesn't want to be away from Lee over Valentine's Day and said they are planning a honeymoon. Her family have read reports about Lee and are so concerned about Katie's welfare.'

However Katie has reportedly been insisting Lee is a good man and is committed to their relationship. 

Despite jetting back to Dubai to be with Lee, she was quick to get checked in at a clinic for more plastic surgery. 

Katie took to her Instagram and Snapchat Stories to share behind-the-scenes clips from getting her lips redone, as well as a check up on how her latest bum filler is healing. 

She had a £2,000 liquid BBL procedure done earlier in the week. 

She said: 'Hey everyone so I've just had my lips done and just had a check up on my bum. It's looking really good. 

'I'm really pleased with it and it's healing really well. No it's not a BBL, it's just filler.'

There have recently been bombshell accusations from her new husband's exes and claims his fortune has been exaggerated.  

Despite his claims of being a tycoon with links to Elon Musk, Lee's facade has since crumbled, with accusations of using AI, appearing on an escort site and having a colourful history with women.

Katie's procedure comes after Lee claimed he and his wife are going on a honeymoon in a few days and he has not been 'banned from leaving Dubai' 

Lee's ex, Alana Percival, who he proposed to in exactly the same way just weeks before popping the question to Katie, hit out with more bombshell allegations, including alluding to him advertising on the escort site. 

She urged Katie to 'run for the hills', claiming she has 'proof' of his shady dealings. 

The former glamour model leapt to the defence of her new husband following the claims, sharing a defiant message on Instagram on Wednesday.

She reposted a quote to her 2.7million followers, which read: 'I promise, if you saw the way he treats me in private, you'd understand why I'm wildly addicted to him.'

In another story, she reposted: 'Sorry to anyone who thought they were next, he's not going anywhereee that's my husband byeee.' 

It came after Katie and Peter publicly confirmed their bitter war of words is over as they attempt to create a 'calm and supportive environment' for their children. 

The former couple married in 2005, little more than a year after meeting as campmates on the third series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! 

They would go on to welcome two children, Junior, now 19, and Princess, 17, before announcing their abrupt separation and subsequent divorce in 2009.

Katie and Peter have since revealed the acrimony that followed their divorce has been resolved. 

The announcement marks their first interaction in 16 years, with the former couple insisting they now intend to 'close the door on the past and move forward into a new chapter with positivity and respect.'

They added: 'We are both focused on creating a calm and supportive environment for our children. We have reached a mutual agreement, both legally and personally confirming that neither of us will speak negatively about the other going forward. 

'This decision reflects a shared commitment to our family and stability. We want to stand united for our children. 

'We are hoping this is a start of a positive relationship. We ask for understanding and support from both the media and the public as we move ahead.'
