The 51-year-old actor took to Instagram on Wednesday to share the happy news with his 1.1 million followers.
Sharing three pictures with the bundle of joy, he wrote in a caption, 'So my wife and I had a baby a few months ago!!'
The new dad gushed, 'Here’s what we know so far: His smile lights up the room. He’s super observant and thoughtful. He gets hypnotized when I play him songs on the guitar. He thinks the word “baba ghanoush” is hysterical. He’s a total delight and Jordana and I are thrilled he’s here.'
He added, 'Thanks for all the kind words from @howwemadeyourmother listeners (I dropped the news a few episodes back on the podcast.) Sending love to all my fellow parents of newborns out there. What a wild, beautiful, exhausting, heart-opening initiation. So grateful.'
It comes two years after Radnor and Jacobs tied the knot.

The note continued: 'So grateful to so many people I love for making the trip to @sistersofcedarlake to be with us.'
The Cedar Lake Estate is owned by sisters Stephanie and Lisa Karvellas and located in New York's Hudson Valley.
