Sharing an update to Instagram on Tuesday, the singer, who is running a four-week mindfulness programme, looked worlds away from her usual self.

Honey G, real name Anna Gilford, has been known for her trademark baseball cap, sunglasses and bomber jacket since her appearance on the competition back in 2016.

But as she relaxed in the shade during her trip, she swapped her usual head gear for red scarf.

She captioned the post: 'A lot of people think stress and burnout mean they’re doing something wrong — not managing their time well enough, not being disciplined enough, not trying hard enough.

'But often it’s not about effort at all. It’s about capacity.'

Honey G added: 'When your nervous system has been under pressure for a long time, even things that help — rest, journaling, movement, mindfulness — can feel hard to access.

'Not because you don’t care, but because your system is tired. Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do is stop pushing for change and start creating small pockets of safety and space, exactly where we are.

'Gentleness isn’t giving up. It’s often where healing actually begins.'

Known for her jaunty baseball caps, mirrored shades and questionable rhymes she became a household name after narrowly missing out on a place in The X Factor final.

Over Christmas she made her return to the spotlight and ditched her chunky high-tops for a little glass slipper and a prominent role in a panto rendering of Cinderella.

The divisive rapper played one of two wicked step-sisters alongside Ibiza Weekender star David Potts.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Honey looked unrecognisable as she showed off the results of her stage makeover at the venue in Cheshire.

Accompanied by Potts, the rapper confirmed she would fill the role in Ellesmere Port until Christmas Eve before moving on to Fleetwood Marine Hall in Lancashire.

The pair were joined onstage by former Coronation Street star Vicky Entwistle as the Fairy Godmother and Stacey Coleman as the titular Cinderella.

Honey previously admitted she looks 'completely different' after shedding two stone from her intense gym workouts and said she gained a lot of 'body confidence'.

She first lost the weight during lockdown in 2021 and since decided to run four triathlons and do a 20-mile run.

After 'hitting the gym,' Honey explained how she's 'changed her body shape' and joked she no longer gets 'chased through shopping centres by school kids' in a new interview.

She told the Daily Star - 'I had a personal trainer for a year and a half, almost two years and we worked a lot on strength training and I started to see, coupled with all the running I was doing, I started to see my body change.

'That's why not a lot of people recognise me in the street anymore, it says online I'm unrecognisable which is true.

'But yeah I'm not saying I miss being chased through a shopping centre by school kids but seriously, in all honesty, when I started to see body shape change, it spurred me on even more.'

She revealed that she can now wear clothes she 'wouldn't have dreamt of wearing' previously, and even now enjoys wearing sexy lingerie.
