Ariana Grande has set the record straight on all the cosmetic procedures she has had, and a major one she is open to getting in the future.
The singer and actress, 31, joined her Wicked co-star, Cynthia Erivo, to take a lie detector test for a Vanity Fair video segment, where she divulged her beauty secrets.
Grande denied getting a nose job and a boob job — with the polygraph examiner confirming she was telling the truth.
When asked if she ever got a ‘face-lift’ the star replied, ‘No, not yet. I’m open.’
The 7 Rings hitmaker did confess to getting fillers and Botox ‘in various places’ but stated she stopped ‘like four years ago.’

The Victorious star was also asked if she has ever gotten a Brazilian Butt Lift, to which she laughed, replying, ‘Get the f**k out of here.’
‘Yes,’ she joked, to which the polygraph examiner said, ‘She’s being deceptive.’
Grande added she would never get a BBL: ‘That wouldn’t work for me. I don’t think that’s my thing and I’m okay with that you know?’
Grande also shared that she did not get a ‘fox eye lift’ and didn’t even know of the procedure until she was accused of getting it.
‘I discovered it through people who thought I did and I said thank you,’ she humorously stated.
Erivo also asked the star if she had a chin implant, to which Grande replied confused, ‘How do they do that?’
After sharing that she’s gotten Botox and filler, Grande stated, ‘That is the extent’ and added that she is ‘in full support of all people who do these things.’
‘Whatever makes women, men, non-gender conforming people feel beautiful should be allowed,’ she said, asking, ‘Why do we care?’
She’s previously been open about getting ‘a ton’ of lip filler last September.

Last year she candidly confessed that she used to get lip filler and Botox until she stopped in 2018 when she was 25 because it ended up being ‘too much’; seen in 2023
‘Full transparency, as a beauty person, as I do my lips, [I’ve] had a ton of lip filler over the years and Botox. I stopped in 2018 because I just felt so… [it was] too much. I just felt like hiding, you know,’ she said, while getting teary eyed, in a Vogue video.
‘I didn’t expect to get emotional. For a long time, beauty was about hiding for me, and now I feel like maybe it’s not since I stopped getting fillers and Botox.’
She said that despite it all, she might change her mind in the future and start getting filler again.
‘Maybe I’ll start again one day,’ she said. ‘I don’t know. To each their own. Whatever makes you feel beautiful, I do support.’
The star also said she wanted to embrace natural aging and her ‘well-earned cry lines and smile lines.’
‘[Aging] can be such a beautiful thing. Now, might I get a facelift in 10 years? Might, yeah, but these are just thoughts that I feel like we should be able to discuss. If we’re sitting here talking about beauty secrets, f**k it, let’s lay it all out there.’
In the same video, she also touched on her ever-changing beauty style over the years.
‘I feel like my relationship to beauty has changed so much over the years especially because I started so young,’ she explained.
‘I, over the years, used makeup as a disguise or as something to hide behind and more and more and more hair, more and more thicker eyeliner…and that can be so beautiful at times,’ she continued.
‘And I still do have love for it and appreciation for it, but I think as I get older, I don’t love that being the intention behind it anymore. I think of it as self-expression now and accentuating what is here.’
‘Our relationships to beauty are so personal,’ she added. ‘Like we’re here talking about beauty secrets. Isn’t the secret that all just wanna feel our best and be loved?’
