Jones is a former negotiator who's meeting her boyfriend Henry Focker's (Skylar Gisondo) family for the first time.
While tough-to-impress patriarch Jack Byrnes (De Niro) warms up to her surprisingly quickly, her potential future father-in-law, Greg Focker (Stiller), is suspicious.
At one point in the trailer the two decide to race on bikes, with Greg causing her to fall off after hitting her bike on purpose.
However, upon closer inspection, fans joked about a big oversight, as the person falling off the bike appears to be a stunt double and not Grande.

While everyone appears to warm to Olivia, including Jack's dog, who at one point licks her face, Greg continues to have reservations
During a family dinner Olivia reveals that she once worked as an FBI hostage negotiator. 'I pull the strings of the hostage takers with strategic emotional puppetry,' she explains, as Greg begins to look nervous
'That's how I'm going to free Henry from you, Greg,' she adds
Greg starts choking on his food as Olivia performs a Heimlich maneuver that unfortunately ends with the dislodged food from his throat flying straight into Jack's mouth
When Henry tells his parents that he's going to propose to Olivia, a stunned Greg replies, 'Are you sure she's the one?'
'Funny to be on the outside. Used to be in the hot seat,' he joked.
Olivia then asks if he wants to throw any questions at her. While Jack shakes his head no, Greg takes the opportunity to ask her if she thinks he holds his son 'emotionally hostage.'
She answers with surprise honesty, saying, 'I mean, yeah. You call him Wee-Wee.'
The trailer then cuts to Greg picking Henry up from the airport and yelling Wee-Wee. Another scene shows Olivia asking Greg if the nickname is 'like a joke about his wee-wee.'
'No, no jokes about Henry's little penis,' he quips, before adding, 'I mean, not little. You probably have more up-to-date info on it. I haven't seen it for a while, so.'
Henry then cuts him off, begging, 'Dad, please stop talking.'
While everyone appears to warm to Olivia, including Jack's dog, who at one point licks her face, Greg continues to have reservations.
After Jack tells the family that dogs can 'tell more about a person's character than a human could', his dog goes after Greg.
Jack then tells Greg that he previously questioned whether he was good enough to marry his daughter, but in comparison, he calls Olivia a 'powerhouse.'
While taking an ice bath with Jack, he expresses his worries about Henry saying that he's 'so innocent' while Olivia is 'trained to manipulate people'
Jack later says he's considering inviting Olivia into his famous 'circle of trust', which infuriates Greg. 'She can't just waltz in there,' Greg protests, adding, 'I worked my a** off to get in there'
The trailer ends with the two having a heated discussion, with Olivia saying she thought they were going to be able to get to know each other and bond over the weekend. 'How do you bond with an emotional puppeteer?' Greg questions her
Then, while trying to exit the room, Jack's dog attacks him, jumping right on his face, as Jack complains, 'What the hell is the matter with you Focker?'
