Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater appeared to squash breakup rumors on Monday evening as they attended the Wicked: For Good premiere in New York City.
The 32-year-old pop star and 33-year-old actor put on a united front following reports that the two-year relationship was crumbling.
Ariana and Ethan struck up a romance on the set of their two-part Wicked movie, the second of which hits theaters November 21.
They were spotted interacting alongside each other and their castmates on the red carpet at the latest premiere.
It comes over one year after Ethan finalized his divorce from high school sweetheart Lilly Jay, from whom he split in 2023.
The exes share a three-year-old son, whom they welcomed in August 2022.Â

Before Monday night, Ariana and Ethan hadn’t been seen together in months.
In October a source told Daily Mail that the two have been ‘on and off for most of this year.’
When news of their romance broke the songstress had just split from her husband Dalton Gomez, 30, while Ethan was still married to Lilly.
The Breathin hitmaker was labeled a homewrecker as she struggled to defend what appeared to be her involvement in an affair.
Lilly, a psychologist, fueled the rumors as she claimed she had been blindsided by the relationship in a scathing personal essay published by New York Magazine subset The Cut.
The scorned wife described the fallout as a ‘darkness’ that she struggled to ‘escape’ while trying to ‘accept the sudden public downfall of my marriage.’
Meanwhile, the new pair — who became enthralled with one another while filming Wicked overseas — made appearances at the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards, the Golden Globes, the BAFTAs, the SAG Awards and the Oscars in support of the project.
Before the NYC premiere this week, their most recent public appearance together was in late April when the father-of-one joined the singer at a preview of Little Shop of Horrors.Â

That also marked the last time Ethan was posted on Ariana’s Instagram grid.
A person close to the stars told Daily Mail last month, ‘Ariana and Ethan have been on and off for most of this year.
‘He chose not to attend the MTV VMAs with her because they’d had an argument just days before. But they made up soon after. They’ve both been running hot and cold with each other.’
The source spilled, ‘What they have going is more than a little toxic but they’re keeping it together for now.
‘At least until after Wicked: For Good opens. After that it’s doubtful they’ll stay together. The relationship is unhealthy for both.’
It was added, ‘At one time they discussed marriage but that is no longer on the table. They fell head over heels in love when they first hooked up. But those days are over.’
