The actress, 29, commanded attention in a baby blue satin gown that clung to her lithe frame before flaring out into a voluminous woven skirt.
The Furiosa star elevated her height with a pair of white stilettos and added a bright aquamarine choker for a touch of sparkle.
Anya played into the ice queen inspired look by wearing her striking platinum blonde hair down in soft waves and sporting light doll-like makeup.
She was greeted on the red carpet by her Sacrifice co-star Chris Evans, with the two film stars sharing a warm hug.
The pair revealed they didn’t know each other well before embarking on the project but kept bumping into each other at Hollywood events after being approached with the script.

Chris admitted they it as a sign, saying: ‘Maybe there’s something more to the fact that we keep crossing paths; maybe this is fate.’
The movie sees the Captain America star playing a Mike Tyler, a beleaguered movie star desperate for redemption, when he is kidnapped by a radical group, who believe by sacrificing him they would save humanity.
While Anya plays the cult’s leader Joan, a zealot on a mission to fulfill a prophecy to stop a volcano from erupting.
Discussing the film at the premiere, Anya said working on the project helped ease her own fears about climate change, reflecting on shooting the film in caves and volcanoes in Greece and Bulgaria.
She admitted: ‘I was becoming a real bummer at parties. And the script came by and I realized, like, “Oh, this is what you do with big feelings. You go away and you make art about it.”
‘Even though it might not change the outcome of what’s bothering you, it allows you a different way of releasing it.’
She added: ‘It put me in a better place. Spending all that time outdoors gives me a lot of peace. To know my scale, to be around landscapes that have been there for a long time before me and will be there a long time after me, that just relaxes me.’
While Chris described the movie as a psychological ‘Rorschach test’, with viewers able to interpret their own meanings.

He said: ‘There’s this yin and yang of drama and comedy in every scene, which is pretty reflective of life.’
Giving his own viewpoint, he said: ‘The volcano represents transformation. Surrender. It’s peace. It’s freedom. It’s realizing that true liberation doesn’t come from money or power or even control; it comes from letting go of the things that we think define us.’
