Last year the Kangaroo Jack star agreed to issue back pay to his ex in an amount decided by a joint forensic accountant, according to People.
Alvina reportedly asked that the court date the payments back to March 1, 2022 while Anderson’s lawyers insisted he should only have to pay from June 1, 2022 on.
At the time, the court also reportedly ordered that he co-sign a 12-month lease for his ex so that she could ‘secure alternate housing.’
Alvina, who married Anderson in 1999, filed for divorce on March 25, 2022, citing irreconcilable differences.
She had also cited the same reason the first time she filed, later calling off the divorce in 2017.
