Ant McPartlin was put through his paces as he took a break from hosting I’m A Celebrity to attend a boxercise class near his hotel Down Under in Cabarita.
The ITV star, who celebrated his 50th birthday on Tuesday by having lunch on the beach with his co-presenter and best friend Declan Donnelly, was accompanied by his bodyguard, who also took part in the class.
The presenter sported a pair of light grey boxing gloves as he worked up a sweat during the ‘Box and Burn’ class. Â
Dressed in a full black outfit of t-shirt and shorts, the father-of-one draped a blue and white stripy towel when he emerged from the gym looking worn out. Â
The gym is a favourite of Ant, who has been boxing there for years after he returned from a morning of presenting in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
His wife, Anne Marie Corbett, and their 18-month-old son, Wilder, have yet to be seen in the area, but Dec’s wife, Ali Astal, took a shopping trip down the modest strip on Wednesday.Â

Anne-Marie, 46, has joined her husband in Australia during filming in previous years, however, last year she also stayed in the UK as it was six months after she gave birth.
Ant and Anne-Marie are moving out of their £6million home a year after losing a planning battle to fell six trees when angry neighbours objected.
The couple moved to the seven-bedroom mansion in 2019 – a year after they got together – and spent a fortune on major refurbishments, including a swimming pool with Victorian-style changing rooms and two single-storey extensions.
The three-storey luxury home in Wimbledon also has five reception rooms, a large open-plan kitchen, cinema, sun room, larder, walk-in wardrobe, study and office.
It comes as two new arrivals, Vogue Williams and Tom Read Wilson, are set to enter the I’m A Celebrity jungle on Thursday as the campmates participate in the first of two group Bushtucker Trials.Â
The presenter and Celebs Go Dating star will stay in a luxury jungle ‘Leader’s Lodge’ when they arrive in camp in the next episode.
The pair are joining later in the show but it turns out it might not be so tough as they first thought.
The Mirror reports that their stay in luxury could ‘inflame’ their fellow campmates which includes Kelly Brook, Ruby Wax and Martin Kemp.

Vogue and Tom will have their own comfy beds, their own dunny and views over the whole camp.Â
A source told the publication: ‘The treehouse is a psychological experiment. They will be looking down on their subjects… its’s going to inflame.
‘The two of them will arrive with a bang, and will be controlling everything that the camp do. They will control their lives, control what they are doing, and control what chores they do.
‘The campmates will compete to get badges, but they have to impress the chief explorers to do so. It’s going to be brutal.’
Viewers will have to tune in for Thursday’s episode to see the campmates’ reaction to the luxury lodge.
