Blink-182 fans have been left fuming after Travis Barker’s band cancelled a New Zealand concert with less than two weeks’ notice.
The American pop-punk band – made up of Travis, Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge – have been performing all across Australia amid their tour Down Under.
They are flying over to New Zealand at the start of March, but have had to cancel one of their planned gigs due to unspecified ‘logistical issues’.
The much-awaited show was due to take place on March 4 at the Wolfbrook Arena in Christchurch, but will no longer go ahead, according to the New Zealand Herald.
A statement emailed to ticket holders and fans read: ‘Unfortunately, the Blink-182 Christchurch performance has been cancelled due to unanticipated logistical issues outside of the band’s control.’

‘Event organisers join the band and fans in being very disappointed and regret any inconvenience that this cancellation has caused.’
Fans were left fuming at the cancellation as they took to social media to share their disappointment after waiting a whole year for the exciting gig, and shared their irritation over the ‘vague’ reason.
They raged: ‘Why the hell are you not coming to Christchurch, the real reason?!! Over a year wait for nothing;’
‘#Blink182 have cancelled their Christchurch show. wtf! hope they don’t cancel their Auckland show;’
‘How could you guys cancel your chch, nz show 1 week out and then blame “logistics”. You sold these tickets almost 2 years ago. Rise Against and Queens of the Stone Age don’t have logistical issues. Lame as f**k.’
‘”Logistical issues” wtf does that even mean?? It’s soo vague. F**k whoever made the decision to cancel.’
