Studio 10 host Angela Bishop opened up on Tuesday about what the next career moves will be of the show’s panel following its shock axing earlier this month.
The veteran presenter, 56, was a guest on The Kyle and Jackie O Show when co-host Kyle Sandilands, 52, asked what was next for her career-wise.
‘What’s next for you? Have they told you that you will be going into sales and Tristan [MacManus] will be… Where’s the future, do you know yet?’ Kyle asked.
Bishop responded that she and Tristan would be quickly resuming their presenting duties for several other Channel 10 productions.
‘I will be back on the red carpets. Now that the actor’s strike is over I will be heading over to America for awards season,’ she began.

‘Tristan has been absolutely embracing his passion for football. 10 Football has immediately embraced him as part of that [as a reporter]. He’s super fit and recently walked a 150 km charity walk.’
Bishop added Channel 10 was working hard to avoid redundancies and was redeploying several of the shows cast and crew into their news programs.
‘Ten is going to be doing a whole lot of news programs next year so a lot of our staff are going to be absorbed into making those shows,’ she said.

It comes after Bishop and Tristan MacManus broke their silence on the collapse of Channel 10’s breakfast show Studio 10.
Sharing an emotional video to the show’s Instagram account last Tuesday, the pair put up a united front as they announced the program has been axed.
Bishop said it was a ‘tough day for the whole Studio 10 family’, while her Irish co-host, 41, said the experience was ‘rewarding’.

‘It’s a tough day for the whole Studio 10 family because we have loved bringing you the show for the last 10 years,’ Bishop said.
Sitting next to Bishop as she put on a brave face, MacManus added: ‘We absolutely love it. We’ve loved spending every single morning with you.’
A spokesperson confirmed on Tuesday last week that the last episode of Studio 10 will air on Friday, December 22, after more than a decade on Australian screens.
‘Studio 10 has been a great contributor to Network 10’s daytime program lineup. We would like to sincerely thank all those who have participated in and supported the program over the past decade and to the millions of viewers who tuned in over that time,’ a statement from the network read.
