Andy Carroll and Billi Mucklow’s home has hit the market for £8million – after a sale for a much higher price fell through.
The estranged couple had a buyer lined up for the stunning six-bedroom home in Essex, which was once owned by Sir Rod Stewart.
They were set to be in for a massive windfall after purchasing the 18th century property which boasts 25 acres of land, a football pitch and a lake, six years ago from the singer for £4.1million.
They had reportedly agreed a deal for £8.5million in June – which would have meant a £4.4million profit and the warring exes could finally move on.
The property has now been listed by luxury estate agents Savills for £8million, which is a £1/2 million reduction from the previously agreed sale.
It’s likely that both parties will be keen for a quick sale to move on, especially as Andy is now in a relationship with celebrity hair stylist Lou Teasdale.

The huge Grade II listed building boasts four reception rooms, five bathrooms, a boating lake, swimming pool and tennis court.
As you’d expect from the former Newcastle United striker, the estate also comes with a full-sized football pitch.
There’s also a separate two bedroom cottage, four barns and a stables, which features a gym.

Andy and Billi have three children together – Arlo, 10, Wolf, eight, and Marvel Mae, five, and she also raises his children Emilie Rose, 15, and Lucas, 14 from his past relationship.
In 2022, Andy’s wedding to Billi was almost called off when he was pictured drunkenly passed out in bed with two women in Dubai on his stag do.
Billi forgave him after one of the women insisted nothing sexual happened.

Despite claims Billi was ‘blindsided’ by Andy’s new relationship, friends of hers say that she ‘knew Andy had someone’ but she just wasn’t sure who it was. She found out shortly before the romance was made public.
Weeks later, Andy made his relationship with Lou public in October 2024 for a Halloween party dressed as Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce.
