She penned: ‘Feel like I have to do this post!! A lot of comments lately about my weight. For the past few months I have been really focusing on my nutrition with @jon_jkphysique
‘I have been really honest with you all, after losing a lot of weight, I realised I needed to understand how to eat the right way and to eat the right foods
‘It’s been tough but I have started to gain healthy weight back (a little way to go) but I have been going gym, focusing on weight training and working on being more toned.’

It comes just days after Amy admitted she had ‘a lot going on at home’ ahead of an evening out at the ITV Palooza in London on Tuesday – where she was joined by her cousin Harry Derbidge.
Sharing some photos to her Instagram, she wrote: ‘I have been terrible on social media lately, a lot going on at home , back filming , mum life… however I’m all dressed up and ready for the best night at ITV Palooza.
‘Harry I don’t know I what I would have done without you this week. Let’s go and have a few Prosecco’s.’
Last week, Amy’s brother Billy was rushed to hospital after being involved in major car accident.
The TOWIE star admitted ‘someone was looking over her brother’ after his car was ‘written off’ as a result of the collision.
Billy joined to cast of the ITV show this summer and previously starred in Amy’s spin-off reality series, It’s All About Amy.

Sharing a photo of her brother to her Instagram Story, he could be seen smiling in a wheelchair while their mum pushed him.
Alongside the snap, Amy wrote: ‘Someone was looking over my brother.
‘A major car accident, his car is a complete right off. Been in A&E but he is coming home. I love you so much.’
‘We have definitely been thrown a lot of stuff our way this year. But we are all here to tell the tale, my family my everything.’
Amy admitted she has been ‘going through it’ and has lost weight as she worries about her mum’s health and tries to juggle her four kids.
Addressing the weight loss and cruel trolling she’s received as a result in an emotional interview with OK! Magazine she said: ‘I’m going through so much at the minute that the weight has fallen off me.
‘I worry about my mum constantly. She’s very emotional – she thinks she’s going to have another heart attack.’
‘People think I’m not eating, but I do eat. To be honest, I do feel better when I’m a bit heavier than I am at the moment. There’s so much going on at the minute – it’s the result of pure stress. We’re also having renovations done in the midst of parenting four kids.’
Amy added: ‘But I’m strong, I’ve been in this industry for 15 years. I’ve had lots of people concerned about me, which I completely understand, but yes, people can be so quick to judge.’
