Following the exciting news, Olly decided to put one chapter behind him and has reportedly sold his Essex bachelor pad as he prepares himself for family life.
The Sun has revealed the singer secured a comfortable £2million for the flash pad, which is complete with his bachelor bedroom, swimming pool, bar and games room.
A TV insider told the publication: ‘As much as Olly will no doubt be thrilled at the prospect of being a parent, there will probably be a part of him that will be sad to wave goodbye to the incredible home.
‘Olly’s fans will be familiar with his sprawling barn conversion as it often featured in the poolside fitness videos which he and Amelia posted during lockdown.
‘So fans will know that he really is bidding farewell to a very special place with lots of memories.’
The house is also complete with a gym, kitted out for the keen fitness couple’s workout sessions, as well as a hot tub and steam room.
The stylish kitchen features a dark marble island, white tiled floor and wooden ceiling beams.
Olly bought the house back in 2012, three years after he came runner up on The X Factor.
He said of the purchase at the time: ‘I’ve bought a four-bedroom house in Essex. A mate is moving in, which will be cool.
‘I haven’t moved out of home before. I’m 27 and I’ve got to grow up. I haven’t really got time for a girlfriend but hopefully I’ll meet someone.’
When the couple got married in July, Olly shared his hopes of becoming a father one day.
