Amber Davies has revealed that she has been chatting to her Love Island ex-boyfriend Kem Cetinay ahead of her Dancing On Ice debut.
The West End star, 27, won the third series of the hit dating show with Kem, also 27, in 2017 before confirming their breakup four months later.
Amber has now said she is back in touch with her ex as she asked for advice as she prepares to take on the skating show.
Kem appeared on Dancing On Ice in 2018 and finished in fourth place with professional partner Alex Murphy.
Amber said: ‘I’ve obviously got Kem – I text him a couple of times and he’s given me some advice on bits and bobs but he did it so long ago.

‘I’m surprised he even remembers! He said, “It’s all about confidence”.
‘I over complicate things in my mind and I’m a bit of a control freak. I can’t just let go. Kem literally said to me, “You just need to relax”.’
Amber added: ‘It’s so hard to do that when you’re on the ice because you’re thinking about so many things. The more I get on the ice, the more relaxed I’m getting.’
In 2017, Amber and Kem shot to fame as they won the hit ITV2 dating show bagging the amazing £50,000 prize, which they chose to share.
Following her Love Island stint, Amber went into musical theatre and has gone from strength to strength.
Last month, the TV star appeared in an episode of The Kardashians after Kim Kardashian went to watch her in Back To The Future during a trip to London.
Amber will join Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas, boxer Ricky Hatton, Olympian Greg Rutherford, S Club singer Hannah Spearritt and Emmerdale actress Roxy Shahidi on the skating show.
As well as, Radio host and former Big Brother contestant Adele Roberts, actress and TV presenter Claire Sweeney, Olympic skier Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards, comedian Lou Sanders, Made In Chelsea star Miles Nazaire and ex EastEnder Ricky Norwood.
