Amanda Holden has revealed that she once tried her own breast milk as she recorded Heart Breakfast.
The TV personality, 57, was hosting Thursday’s radio show with Jason King and Ashley Roberts when she made the admission.
The conversation began when Jason revealed that after his wife stopped breastfeeding they decided to freeze some of the milk – at which point Ashley admitted she had drank her friends’ once.
The candid chat sparked mother-of-two Amanda to reveal that she tasted her own breast milk when her children were babies.
Following the morning radio show, Amanda was seen leaving the Global studios in Leicester Square when she was caught in a downpour and had to duck under an umbrella.

Amanda looked chic for her morning recording in a black and white floral oversized satin suit, which she paired with a silver clutch bag and white stilettos.
She protected her wavy locks from the rain with a giant umbrella as she headed home after recording.
During Thursday’s show, Jason revealed: ‘When my wife finished breastfeeding our children we froze some of the milk.’
‘I actually tried my friend’s one time,’ Ashley said, to which Amanda agreed enthusiastically.
‘I was like “It’s fine” it was quite sweet,’ Ashley continued before Jason added: ‘But you can now put this into jewellery. So, you can put it into like a ring and forever you’ve got some of that breast milk.’
‘So you made some jewellery out of the breast milk?’ Ashley asked. ‘You’re taking this to a whole new world.’
Amanda declared ‘I love this’ before Ashley asked if the Britain’s Got Talent host would be willing to try it.
‘Yeah well I did taste my own breast milk,’ Amanda revealed, as the radio hosts laughed.

Jason then joked: ‘ If you want to try some of Charlie’s then there’s some in the freezer!’
The mother of two, who shares daughters Holly and Alexa with husband Chris Hughes, celebrated the end of her holiday with a Palme Royale themed bash.
Amanda looked nothing short of sensational in a strapless yellow floral number, which cinched in at the waist and revealed her svelte physique.
She accessorised with a matching headband and added inches to her height with a yellow pair of Christian Louboutin heels.
Amanda elevated her natural beauty with a flawless palette of makeup and wore her blonde locks down in bouncy curls.
The glamorous hostess was joined by a star-studded guest list which included Global Radio alum Ashley, singers Dannii Minogue, Alesha Dixon, and Myleene Klass.
Also in attendance at the bash were interior designer, Kelly Hoppen, swimwear designer, Melissa Odabash, comedian Alan Carr, actor Christopher Biggins, The Traitors‘ Harry Clark, and more.

The radio and TV star posted a short clip of what unfolded inside the lavish soirée, which began with Amanda walking into her home and flashing a grin as she held up a cocktail.

The camera panned to Amanda’s glorious pool and lavish bar, as famous faces began to arrive and mingle.
The radio star got stuck into the action herself behind the bar as she shook up a cocktail and later paraded around with two bottles of booze in her arms, before relaxing on a sun lounger.
Everyone seemed to be having the time of their lives at the Palm Royale themed bash, as the cameras followed Amanda around as she interacted with the guests.
