Amanda sold her London home for £5million in August after first listing the stunning property in May 2022.
Having initially snapped up the five-bedroom Richmond house in 2015 for £3.5million, the star, 52, has made a £1.5million profit on the property after revamping it in her own style.
Amanda lived at the house with her husband Chris and their daughters Lexi and Hollie but it looks increasingly likely that her eldest will take up residence in the US for university, so the star is looking to move on from the family home.
The London house, located near Richmond Park, boasted luxury features including a garden hot tub as well as several unique touches from a palm tree planted in honour of Sir Captain Tom Moore to a £30,000 drawing by the Connor Brothers.

The family also regularly retreat to their beloved Cotswold home at weekends, while they are currently spending the summer in the Mediterranean where Amanda is juggling her family holiday alongside filming for the second series of her hit show The Italian Job.
Amanda and Alan are back living la dolce vita in the second series of their show The Italian Job, which returned to BBC One earlier this month.
The duo purchase a bargain home in the idyllic region of northern Tuscany and raise it up from its ruins and into a luxury holiday home.
