Amanda Holden showed off her incredible physique in a skimpy yellow bikini as she posed in a stunning Instagram snap on Sunday.
As she continues her luxury holiday in Dubai, Amanda flaunted her impressive figure as she chilled by the pool.
The presenter, 53, displayed her age-defying looks in the striking two-piece and struck a pose on the poolside.
Amanda is no stranger to showing off her gym-honed figure and previously detailed her extensive fitness regime.
She revealed she runs three to four miles a week in addition to Kundalini yoga practice and a ‘Viking workout regime,’ in an interview with The Times in 2023.
Despite her rigorous exercise plan, she reiterates that she doesn’t do it because she ‘feels like she has too,’ and explained the importance of balance.

‘I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much. I eat cheese and butter and I love a drink,’ the TV star said.
‘But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter. And I don’t do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity.’
Amanda joked that it’s ‘all down hill from your 20s’ but added that, like Cher, you can ‘turn back time’ with proper nutrition and exercise.
‘I’m from a generation of women who won’t [fade into the background] – we’ll flaunt our bits for as long as we can. I am certainly going to – even when they’re drooping down to the floor, I’ll scoop them up again,’ she laughed.
Amanda shared a heartbreaking tribute to her stillborn son Theo on the 14th anniversary of his death last week.
The radio host took to Instagram honoured her baby boy in a touching post, who was tragically stillborn at seven months in 2011.
She wrote: ‘Our beautiful boy would have been 14 today’.

In September 2022, Amanda revealed she was made to feel like a ‘game show contestant’ when a doctor told her she was ‘going home empty handed’ after her stillbirth.
The presenter worked with the baby loss charity Aching Arms and raised money for them as part of fundraising for her 3 Peaks Challenge.
Speaking with Ross Sullivan – a user of Aching Arms – on her Heart Breakfast show, Amanda spoke of her ‘awful’ experience and told of her hopes that the charity with help people to ‘avoid’ the kind of language that was used with her.
She said: ‘I will never forget when I went through something, that I would imagine is very similar to your [experience].
‘We lost our baby Theo at 28 weeks, and they very sensitively moved me into another room so I could deliver him without having to hear the lovely babies screaming on a normal ward.

‘Often that’s not thought about, it’s little things like that. I remember the lady afterwards as well when we went for a chat also said ‘I know you’re going home empty handed’ is what she said to me.
‘So I felt like some sort of game show contestant, so it’s all of that language that I know this charity will be helping people to avoid and educate them on how best to deal with something so awful. It’s just awful.’
Amanda also previously discussed Theo’s loss on her radio show while marking Nurses Day, saying: ‘I personally would love to thank the nurses.
‘I know I talk about this a lot. And I never know whether I talk too much about it. But obviously, when we lost our son Theo to a still birth the hospital where I was looked after was unbelievable.
‘Jacki Nash got me through so much, Pippa Nightingale and Natalie Carter.’
