Amanda Holden has broken her silence on the Sharon Osbourne row and revealed her dreams of hosting a dating show.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 53, branded the former X-Factor judge, 71, ‘bitter and pathetic’ over comments she made about their shared boss Simon Cowell.
Ms Holden’s comments to the Daily Mail Weekend Magazine enraged Ms Osbourne who retaliated in a rant on X, formerly known as Twitter, in which she said: ‘You don’t know me, Amanda. Unlike you, the brand of Sharon Osbourne is known worldwide.’
When asked, Ms Holden refused to comment on Ms Osbourne’s outburst but told MailOnline: ‘Oh it’s all b******s. Let’s not give oxygen to any of that.’
Ms Holden initially spoke out against Sharon Osbourne after the 71-year-old mocked Simon Cowell in the Celebrity Big Brother house with fellow former X-Factor judge Louis Walsh, 71.

Amanda had told the Daily Mail’s Weekend Magazine: ‘I hated seeing certain people in a reality show dissing Simon – he’s the person who’s given them all the chances, given them a lot of money and a lifestyle they probably wouldn’t have had.
‘It’s bitter and pathetic. It was like Cinderella with her two sisters in the background – just stabby, stabby, stabby.’
12 hours later, Sharon took to Twitter to issue the presenter with a full statement and accused her of being an ‘ill informed sycophantic’.
Sharon went on to flaunt her wealth and luxurious lifestyle as she quipped: ‘Our worlds are totally different. I have been blessed with an amazing lifestyle throughout my entire life.
‘Before you were born, I was living in a mansion in Beverly Hills and continue to do so today and continue to have my country estate in England as well.
‘But there is something you should know. I never discuss money, lifestyle or positions of power. I find it to be classless and crude.’
Amanda, who has been a judge on Britain’s Got Talent since it started in 2007, revealed she now has her sights set on hosting her own dating show and revealed she would let her daughters Alexa, 18, and Hollie, 12, go on it.

Sharon went on to list her career accolades and those of her husband as she made a case as to why she didn’t need Simon Cowell
Sharon savagely pointed out: ‘Amanda, I think you’re missing the point here, no disrespect to Simon Cowell, but he NEEDED ME for musical credibility on X Factor’ (pictured in 2004)
‘I wouldn’t let my girls go on Love Island but if they wanted to go on a dating show, I would let them.
‘If they wanted to but they’re too shy.
‘My youngest is 12 and my 18-year-old can do a bikini picture but she’s very shy when it comes to social situations so there’s no way she will want to go on camera.
‘She’s an A-star student that wants to study English at uni but the little one is nuts, she will definitely follow in my footsteps.’
The 53-year-old shares her teenage daughters with her record producer husband Chris Hughes who she married in 2008, having previously been married to the comedian Les Dennis.
Two years ago Alexa was signed to the same modelling agency that discovered Kate Moss but Ms Holden is adamant she will finish her education and attend university before attending university.
