Amanda Bynes debuted a dramatic new look on her latest outing as she took a walk down Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.
On Tuesday, the Nickelodeon alum, 38, showed off a new black hair color as she stepped out for some sunshine amid the heat wave across Southern California.
She styled her long locks straight and had her bangs pulled back as she enjoyed some fresh air.
For her laid-back outing, the Sydney White star kept it casual in an oversized grey t-shirt, which she paired with some khaki shorts.
The All That alum, who declined to appear in Investigation Discovery’s explosive docu-series Quiet on Set, completed her casual ensemble with a pair of black and white Vans and a floral crossbody purse.

Her latest outing comes after she announced in March that she is ‘going to start wearing wigs now.’
Bynes explained, at the time, that her hair had been ‘growing out so awkwardly’ after getting a buzzcut.
A month later, the Amanda Show alum announced that she was returning to manicurist school after failing to obtain her license during her previous attempt.
‘Since I haven’t passed the board exam yet to get my manicurist license, I started back at school to study manicurist theory to practice doing acrylics before I take the test again so I’ll be good to go when I get a job at a nail salon,’ Bynes revealed.
She announced her new career path in December as she cancelled her podcast with Paul Sieminski, despite the first episode doing ‘really well.’
‘I was actually surprised and of course was going to keep going after friends encouraged me to,’ Bynes said after going back and forth on the decision.
‘After thinking about it, though, I would rather get my manicurist license and have a consistent job,’ she announced. ‘I’m going to follow that path instead.’
Meanwhile, Bynes declined to participate in the docuseries, Quiet On Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, which exposed predatory behavior at Nickelodeon.
A source told TMZ that Bynes was grateful for her time at Nickelodeon and did not feel she had anything to contribute.

In one episode, former Amanda Show actress Raquel Lee Bolleau accused Bynes of spitting in her face multiple times.
‘I was infuriated,’ said Bolleau, 37, who recalled the director had to pull her aside to calm her down.
Meanwhile, Amanda Show creator Dan Schneider has defended his close relationship with the actress after he was accused of toxic behavior by others.
‘Watching over the past two nights was very difficult,’ he said of seeing the docuseries.

‘Me facing my past behaviors – some of which are embarrassing and that I regret,’ added Schneider. ‘I definitely owe some people a pretty strong apology.’
Schneider, 58, has also sued the Quiet On Set producers for defamation.
