David Harbour’s ex-girlfriend Alison Sudol, has spoken out again about her split from the star – and her fears over looking like a ‘scorned woman’.
The actress, 40, best known for her role as Queenie in the Fantastic Beasts film franchise, revealed on Friday that she was left ‘confused, adrift and mentally unravelled’ during the final months of her relationship with David, 50.
Her revelations come in the wake of David’s ex-wife Lily Allen’s new album West End Girl, which lays bare the heartbreaking infidelities in their marriage. Alison dated David for a year, shortly before he confirmed his romance with Lily, 40, in 2020.
Alison and Lily have shown each other mutual support on social media since speaking out and on Tuesday Alison posted the image she wanted to share with her original post about their relationship and also detailed her fears of being judged.
Alison wrote: ‘This was the photo I originally wanted to post. what I’m noticing is what came up when I went to put it up- 1) I balked at the thought of posting a photo which might be labeled as angry the same week as calling out a bully ex…

On Tuesday Alison posted the image she wanted to share with her original post about their relationship and also detailed her fears of being judged.
‘The fear of getting dubbed a vengeful, scorned woman who has cut off her hair and thus must hate all men actually reared its head. I’m laughing as I dig these ludicrous words out of my subconscious. but I think it deserves to be aired…
‘Because it’s these absolutely bonkers stories that surface when we are about to be brave that can derail us if we let them remain dark and lurky and horrible in the shadows of our head…
‘Oh and b) my skin looks patchy, and I’ve had someone close enough to sting comment on me not wearing enough makeup this week…
‘And even though I thought I’d moved past it, it’s clearly lodged itself in a rib I forgot I had. however, the good news is, I’ve just suddenly realize I don’t care about either 1) or b) so iii) here you go!’
Alison, who is in a long-term relationship with Welsh actor Tom Cullen, 40, with whom she shares two daughters, stunned fans last week with her posts about David.Â
She shared a photo of herself lying on a bed as she described the emotional tailspin she experienced while living in New York in early 2019 – the final days of her romance with the actor.Â

Alison penned: ‘I took this picture in early June of 2019. I was living in New York, in a fancy apartment with big windows that looked at another building.
‘I had chosen almost every item in it but it didn’t feel like home. I was a kind of sad that drifted in and out of focus.’
She added: ‘It was the tail end of a relationship but I didn’t know it yet. I think I knew that something was wrong, suspected I wasn’t ok, but I was so confused, tangled up in a narrative that wasn’t mine but was so loud I couldn’t hear beyond it.
‘I couldn’t get my thoughts straight. It was abundantly clear I couldn’t change things, so I kept trying to change me.’
Supportive Lily took to the comments with a love heart emoji
Alison also revealed she spent ‘the last 6 years being very careful’ about who she keeps around her, rebuilding her sense of self after what she depicts as an emotionally scarring period.
She added: ‘I’ve had children now. I’m not the person I was, I can’t lie down even when I want to. Lying down keeps me up at night, every parent knows that anything that messes with your precious sleep is not worth it.’
The post prompted an outpouring of support – most notable from Lily, who commented on the post with a red heart emoji.
The actress and songwriter took to Instagram to reply to one of Lily’s posts about the new record this week
