Alison Brie Promotes “Apples Never Fall” in NYC, Stylishly Sporting a Long Coat and Denim Ensemble

Alison Brie was pictured while leaving the set of The Kelly Clarkson Show in New York City on Wednesday morning.

The 41-year-old actress opted for a glammed-up look as she made her way out of the studio and stepped out into the city’s streets.

The performer, who recently set pulses racing during a trip to Australia, donned a dark blue top that was paired with matching jeans, both of which were worn underneath a leather trench coat.

Brie also donned silver high-heeled shoes and accessorized with a matching purse.

The Somebody I Used to Know actress’ gorgeous brunette hair fell onto her shoulders and chest.

She has been promoting her new series Apples Never Fall which debuts in March.

The project is based on Liane Moriarty’s novel of the same name, which was originally published in 2021.

The author is best known for penning Big Little Lies and Nine Perfect Strangers, which have both been adapted into shows for HBO and Hulu.

Apples Never Fall, which will be made available for streaming on Peacock, is centered on the family of two tennis coaches, which is thrown into upheaval when its matriarch suddenly disappears.

Development on the series was initially revealed to the public in 2021, when executive producer David Heyman secured the rights to the novel.

The entertainment industry figure gave a statement to Deadline to show his enthusiasm for the upcoming project. 

He stated: ‘I was captivated from the moment I began reading Apples Never Fall Liane Moriarty has once again created a compulsively complicated and messy family dynamic.’ 

‘I love how she uses the disappearance of a parent as a catalyst to unearth decades long, unresolved issues within a family, but somehow does it all with biting wit, humor and ultimately hope,’ he added.

The actress is currently working on the upcoming mystery-drama series Apples Never Fall, in which she is set to star

It was announced that Brie had been added to the cast of the upcoming project in February of last year.

Performers such as Annette Bening, Sam Neill and Jake Lacy will also appear in the show.

Filming commenced in Queensland, Australia, last year, although production was paused due to the onset of the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike.

Apples Never Fall’s prospective release date has not been publicly revealed as of yet.
