Alicia Douvall looked youthful in a series of incredible bikini shots shared to her Instagram from her holiday in the Maldives.
Now an advocate of natural anti-ageing, Alicia, 46, previously admitted to spending over £1 million on extensive plastic surgeries, including a staggering 20 boob jobs.
In the new pictures, posted on Sunday, Alicia was seen posing in a tiny blue bikini and looking wistfully out to sea as she enjoyed her holiday in the Maldives.
She showed off her enviable bottom in another snap, this time in a tiny brown bikini, as she stepped out of the water.
Alicia also gave fans a closer look at her figure in a pink bikini, after previously admitting she was never being happy with her assets after getting one boob job after another.

Alicia was also known for her kiss-and-tells with former flames such as Simon Cowell, P Diddy, Mickey Rourke, and Dean Gaffney.
Since then, she has founded her own skincare brand, Douvalls, and has spoken out against the plastic surgeons who treated her like a ‘guinea pig’, encouraging her to get endless procedures like botox in a bid for perfection.
Looking back on her surgeries, Alicia said she was addicted to the procedures and was having them weekly.
She told the Mail on Sunday: ‘Apart from my daughter’s education, I spent nothing on anything but surgery. I ate beans on toast and never had a holiday – I even persuaded boyfriends to pay for operations.’
The turning point in Alicia’s life came when was diagnosed with sepsis following various complications from her implants.
Prior to this, her daughter Georgia, 29, had begged her to stop going under the knife, but she refused to listen.

It was only when her second daughter, Papaya, arrived, in 2011, that she knew it was time to take drastic action.
Alicia said: ‘I was on anti-depressants because I was so upset about what I had done to myself, and it was my psychotherapist who suggested I might have [body] dysmorphia.
‘I was sent to rehab, where they treated me like any other addict. I had a lot of psychotherapy and have had to build myself up from scratch.’
That year was also when Alicia plunged her remaining £20,000 of savings into her skincare brand, which utilises organic Argan oil, something Alicia has found incredibly useful in her natural anti-aging journey.
