Pregnant Alice Liveing looked every inch the glowing mum-to-be as she cradled her growing bump in an update on Friday.
Revealing she was ‘going offline’ to prepare for the birth, the fitness influencer, 32, shared a series of photos to Instagram.
Posing in the sun, she wore a black sports bra and wide leg trousers while smiling for the snaps.
Alice captioned the post: ‘To the loveliest group of strangers that feel like friends. I’m signing off for a tiny wee while to have a baby.
‘Your support on this journey has been amazing. you’ve really kept me going, been my cheerleader in my DM’s when I’ve needed it, and the advice I’ve got from you has been invaluable.
‘I’m so grateful to be in this position, and I’ve tried as much as I can to share sensitively throughout. I hope I can continue that in to this next chapter.’

She continued: ‘I’ve been doing this for a long time now, and it’s easy to feel like you’ve lost your way, or fallen behind in this industry. But I have a feeling things are just coming together for me in a new way, and I’m excited.
‘I don’t think you ever feel fully ready to become a parent. I am filled with excitement and fear in equal measure.
‘But growing our family is by far the best job I’ll ever embark on, and I’m ready for the challenge. See you on the other side my loves. I appreciate you ALWAYS.’
The vlogger first shared the joyous news that she was expecting in an Instagram post in May, with a video of herself cuddling up to husband Patrick Murphy.
Alongside the sweet video, Alice penned: ‘Some news we wanted to share with you.
‘I appreciate that the journey to get here can be a hard one. And seeing this news isn’t always easy. My heart, and love go to anyone still there.
‘I haven’t wanted to hide this from you, but for various reasons and anxieties which I won’t go in to now we’ve wanted to wait a little longer and I hope you can understand that.
‘We’re both so excited, and filled with hope and love for our next chapter, and can’t wait to take you along with us.’

Alice rose to fame with her Alice-with-the-abs persona, and now dedicates her career to helping people be healthy whatever their weight
She concluded: ‘I’m due October so the countdown is truly on. Big big love and I cannot wait to get back to sharing so much more soon.’
