Beef star Ali Wong has officially finalized her divorce from Justin Hakuta — two years after announcing their separation.
The stand-up comic, 42 — who is in a relationship with SNL alum Bill Hader, 45 — filed for divorce in December 2023.
According to docs obtained by ET, the former couple came to an agreement last week with Wong representing herself.
Wong and Hakuta, 41, tied the knot in 2014 and are parents to two daughters: Mari, eight, and Nikki, six.
They will be ‘legally single’ as of July 17. Details regarding custody and any division of assets was hidden ‘for privacy reasons.’

The last development in the pair’s divorce came in February when Hakuta requested joint custody of their girls.
Ali had made the same request when she officially filed to end their marriage two months prior.
As for child support, the PEOPLE claimed that Hakuta did not make a direct request but it was noted that he and Wong were working out their divorce in mediation.
In her December 22 divorce filing, Wong — who is dating SNL alum Bill Hader — cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split, TMZ previously reported.
Their date of separation was listed as April 10, 2022, which was days before they publicly announced their split.
These documents also revealed that Ali and Justin are in mediation to establish spousal support and sorting their assets.
It was reported that the two want to settle their issues themselves.

Ali noted that the couple had a prenup, and she wants it to be enforced by the court.
The pair met at a friend’s wedding reception in 2010 and married in San Francisco in 2014.
In her 2016 Baby Cobra special on Netflix, Ali explained that when she learned Justin was a Harvard student and Fulbright scholar, she played hard-to-get.
‘I was like, “Oh, my God, I’m gonna trap his a**. Going to trap his a**!” And I trapped his a** initially by not kissing him until the fifth date, which is a very unusual move on my part. But I did it on purpose, because I knew that he was a catch,’ she said to a live audience.
In her book, Dear Girls: Intimate Tales Untold Secrets and Advice for Living Your Best Life, Ali credited the prenup she signed before walking down the aisle as one of the secrets to her success.
‘My father always praised “the gift of fear,”‘ she explained. ‘And that prenup scared the s*** out of me.
‘In the end, being forced to sign that prenup was one of the greatest things that ever happened to me and my career.’
In February 2022 Ali referred to her marriage as ‘monogamy jail’ in her Don Wong comedy special on Netflix.

Shortly after her separation, Ali began dating actor Bill Hader for a several months. He had recently ended his relationship with Anna Kendrick.
Wong and Hader reportedly split not long after, but rekindled their romance in April 2023 when they were seen kissing while hiking in LA.
Two days prior to the sighting, a rep for Bill confirmed to Page Six that he and Ali were back together.
Since then, they’ve continued to pack of the PDA in public. They were seen holding hands in LA on May 16.
