In 2020, Ali said she honed her body for SAS Australia with a rigorous home exercise routine, which included three types of ab workouts, five bodyweight sessions and one hour of yoga a day.
She challenged herself with everything from boxing to burpees, focusing on movements that required little to no equipment.
