Alexa Bliss Claps Back at Age Trolls at 34

WWE veteran Alexa Bliss has been trolled for looking ‘too old’ at age 34 following a recent episode of Raw on Netflix.

Bliss, real name Alexis Cabrera, was targeted by wrestling fans after filming a close-up promo spot in the ring on Monday’s episode of the sports entertainment program.

The fan took a screenshot of the star’s face from Raw and shared it to X (formerly Twitter), captioning it, ‘Why does she kinda look older than she used to?’

The post went viral, with many pointing out that Bliss has obviously aged since joining WWE back in 2013.

Bliss herself then fired back on X and explained that her grueling work schedule combined with being a parent to her two-year-old daughter Hendrix.

‘I’ve seen the tweets – and all I can say is having only one full day at home a week with our nonstop schedule and being a full time mom and constantly fighting exhaustion – will definitely take a toll on my appearance,’ she wrote.

Fans rallied behind Bliss in the comments, with one writing, ‘You literally don’t age Alexa, please ignore everyone that says otherwise. We love you!’

A second wrote, ‘Meanwhile you still look like you’re in your early twenties, Queen.’

Another commented, ‘It’s sad that you even have to justify it. This didn’t deserve an answer because the question stemmed from someone else’s fragility.’

This isn’t the first time that Bliss has been attacked over her appearance.

Back in May, the former Raw Women’s Champion was called an ‘old lady’ after defeating Chelsea Green to qualify for the Money In The Bank ladder match.

‘Who let the old lady back in the game???? Chelsea deserved it more,’ wrote the fan.

Seeing some humor in the situation, Bliss responded, ‘BRB – scheduling my Botox appointment.’

Bliss signed with WWE in 2013, joining the company’s developmental brand NXT.

She made her main roster debut in 2016 and quickly became a fan favorite, winning the Smackdown Women’s Championship twice in the span of a year.

The blonde beauty was then moved to rival show Raw, where she became a three-time Raw Women’s Champion.

She also won the Women’s Tag Team Championship four times, most recently alongside Charlotte Flair.

Outside of the ring, Bliss was a cast member on E!’s wrestling reality series Total Divas.

In 2023, Bliss competed on The Masked Singer, and earlier this year she voiced a character in the Japanese anime film Sakamoto Days.

She married singer-songwriter Ryan Cabrera in 2022 in a Palm Desert ceremony.

They described the wedding as ‘non-traditional’ and ‘rockstar’.

The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Hendrix Rouge, in 2023.
