He was ’s biggest love rat, renowned for cheating scandals, explosive rows and many, many nights of boozing.

But now, 13 years after his debut on the reality series, is enjoying a very different life.

For I can reveal that Alex has swapped his wild parties, liquid lunches and messy love triangles for meditation, mindfulness and what he describes as a more ‘conscious’ way of living.

The 34-year-old, whose turbulent relationship with co-star became one of the show’s defining storylines due to his constant cheating, has rebranded himself as a ‘Retreat Leader, Sound Healer & Producer, Nature Pervert’.

The DJ is now hosting luxury wellness retreats in destinations like Ibiza, Morocco and Sri Lanka – and they aren’t exactly budget getaways. A seven-night retreat in Sri Lanka will set you back upwards of £2,000 - and that’s before the flights.

According to his website, attendees can expect yoga sessions, sound healing, breathwork, ice bath therapy, journaling workshops and candlelit feasts designed to foster connection and self-reflection. It’s all very Goop meets the King’s Road.

He has also fully embraced sobriety, speaking openly about his battle to give up alcohol and drugs after a decade of ‘ultra-hedonism’.

In addition to in-person events, Alex has recently ventured into the ‘digital wellness’ space, where people are taught how to use tech in a way that supports, rather than drains, their energy and focus.

Participants can, in his words, ‘discover themselves’ in ‘virtual retreats’ for £100 per session.

This spiritual rebrand is reflected in his personal life, as the ‘Nature Pervert’ is now dating Hannah Wood, a ‘breathwork facilitator’, psychic medium and fellow retreat host.

Hannah offers 90-minute readings priced at £90, and together the pair seem fully immersed in the wellness sphere.

It’s all a world away from his Made In Chelsea heyday, when Alex was one of the show’s most notorious characters.

After joining the show in 2013 at the age of 22, alongside sisters Fran and Olivia Newman-Young and his then-girlfriend Phoebe Lettice-Thompson, he quickly made an impression – and not necessarily for the right reasons.

His eight years on the programme, ending in 2021, were permeated by multiple confessions to cheating on Binky. One notorious scandal involved an orgy with fellow cast member Spencer Matthews. When Binky found out about the betrayal in Season 7 the ensuing argument ended with a now-infamous slap across Alex’s face.

At the time, he was the archetypal Chelsea bad boy. Constantly partying, frequently drunk and, by his own admission, ‘making some pretty destructive choices’. His reputation only grew as he moved on to other relationships, including a year-long romance with Lottie Moss, which also ended due to his infidelity.

For someone who was once branded a ‘gross vile human’ by another Made In Chelsea ex, Nicola Hughes, the former party boy has decidedly turned over a new leaf.

Reality star Chloe's controversial dog

Stand by, we have another celeb who has bought a controversial dog.

Reality star Chloe Ferry is now under fire after showing off her latest gift from her boyfriend: a Blue Frenchie puppy.

Animal rights pressure group PETA UK isn’t impressed. Its VP, Elisa Allen, told me that flat-faced breeds like French Bulldogs are ‘born to suffer’, struggling to breathe thanks to their squashed snouts. Not exactly the dreamy Instagram life for the poor puppy, then.

The backlash didn’t stop there. Fans (and critics) flooded the comments, accusing the former Geordie Shore star of prioritising aesthetics over animal welfare.

One particularly pointed remark ran: ‘This is done all for views, adopt, don’t shop.’

Between PETA’s criticism and the online pile-on, what was meant to be a sweet surprise has quickly turned into a full-blown drama.

Trouble for influencers set for Coachella

Creator Ivy Elix is one influencers who claims she was ditched, saying it was 'disappointing'

Fashion brand Edikted is in hot water after being accused of pulling the plug on influencer trips to Coachella, just two days before take-off.

I’ve identified multiple influencers who are claiming they were ditched at the last minute by the brand for this year’s Californian festival.

Creator Ivy Elix didn’t hold back, telling followers she had two fully complimentary Coachella offers – flights, hotel, VIP passes, the works – only to be completely ghosted by the brands before the trip.

‘The communication was so disappointing,’ she explained. It’s easy to see why.

These brand trips are a big deal, and many creators rely on companies footing the bill for festivals, covering everything from flights to outfits to luxury stays. So, when plans vanish days before departure, it’s a major hit.

UP

We all love a bit of Marks & Sparks but the high street department store has gone up even further in my estimation this week.

I have had a Sparks card downloaded on to my phone for a while, without really knowing what it does. Now I can reveal they’re bringing points into the game, unveiling a new loyalty programme. It’s giving Boots advantage card meets Colin the Caterpillar.

DOWN

Ryan Libbey and fiancee Louise Thompson

Former Made In Chelsea star Ryan Libbey raised eyebrows after sharing a cosy weekend ‘dump’ from Soho Farmhouse with fiancée Louise Thompson and their son Leo. One clip, though, had people talking. Ryan films one-handed while cycling, with little Leo perched in the front basket, no helmet in sight. They’re not exactly crawling along either.

Not only does it look like a potentially hazardous stunt but filming is also technically banned from the members-only hotspot. Cute family content, sure. But worth the risk? I’m not convinced.

Anna Peele is about to spill all with a juicy new exposé on Love Island and it sounds like a must-read for fans. Titled Enter The Villa, the book promises a behind-the-scenes look at the glossy reality hit, sharing everything from producer tactics to the steamy hookups and brutal Casa Amor chaos.

It is based on nearly 100 interviews with cast, crew and insiders. But the real kicker? I’m told ITV producers were approached for interviews. Whether they said yes remains to be seen.

Adidas is killing it this spring. In fact, sources tell me the Molly Mae collab sold out in just 60 seconds last week – and I reckon we can expect another drop soon.

The sportswear brand has also released another collection with ASOS and are hosting an abundance of events around the drop. I can’t wait.
