Alan Jones has clapped back at claims he is selling his luxurious Sydney apartment overlooking Circular Quay.
However, potential buyers have been shown around the former radio broadcaster’s residence, and made to sign strict confidentiality agreements, reports Domain.
‘I have no plans to sell and the property is not on the market,’ Jones, 82, told the Herald.
Jones owns a three bedroom residence in the iconic Bennelong Apartments building on the east-side of Sydney’s Circular Quay, overlooking the Harbour.
The apartment complex is informally known as ‘The Toaster’, due to its three-tiered exterior somewhat resembling the common kitchen appliance.

His residence is known as a ‘piano-style apartment’ due to its distinctive shape and its worth is rumoured to be valued at approximately $20million.
The jaw-dropping value is due to both its luxurious design and prime location at the front row of the northernmost part of the renowned apartment complex.
Jones has developed a reputation for his luxurious property investments.
Last month, Jones made a staggering profit after selling his lavish South Brisbane apartment for $1.35million.
He purchased the two-bedroom Lower River Terrace property for $200,000 back in 1987, according to reports.
Thirty-six years after buying it, Alan has made a huge profit on the two-level 190sqm investment unit after reportedly selling it last year for $1.35million.
The impressive unit boasts a light and modern living area with white tiling, with huge sliding doors heading out to a covered balcony with picturesque city views.
Alan retired from hosting 2GB’s radio breakfast show in May 2020, after 35 years dominating the city’s airwaves and 226 consecutive ratings wins.
He retired based on medical advice after decades of waking up at 2.30am on a mission to dominate the radio ratings at both 2UE and 2GB.
Saying goodbye to his listeners at the time of his exit, he read a Robert Lee Sharpe poem and said: ‘Together in spirit always, but for now goodbye.’
