Branding herself the ‘original reality star,’ Sharon appeared on the first four series of The X Factor from 2004 to 2007, the 10th series in 2013, and the 13th and 14th series from 2016 to 2017, with Louis starring alongside her.
Mere minutes after moving into the house, Sharon was tasked with showing off her judging skills, by choosing which housemates will face the first public vote of the series.
It comes after pictures obtained by The Sun showed multiple stars gathered under the radar at a hotel in Watford.
TV presenter Fern Britton, 66, attempted to keep her appearance under wraps by wearing dark-rimmed sunglasses.
Coronation Street’s Colson Smith, 25, seemed unbothered to be spotted as he was pictured with a beaming grin outside the hotel.
David Potts, 30, known for his stint on Ibiza Weekender, was difficult to miss as he donned a brightly-coloured hoodie and tiny shorts.
Love Island’s Ekin-Su Culculoglu, 29, was seen hugging fellow housemates on her arrival.
YouTube star Zeze Mills and Strictly’s Nikita Kuzmin, 26, were the last celebrities spotted arriving into their hotel.
While six of the celebrities have reportedly been spotted together ahead of the ITV show, other famous names weren’t in attendance.
X Factor’s Louis Walsh and Sharon have also been in talks to take part in the programme.
Ahead of the reboot, fans have slammed the rumoured lineup for the new series as ‘dreadful’, saying they barely recognise any of the names.
ITV bosses have reportedly spent a massive £2 million on a number of high-profile stars for the programme after the civilian version proved to be a huge hit last year.
