Tammin Sursok has revealed she was forced to rush her four-year-old daughter to the emergency room.
The former Home and Away star, now living in Nashville, took to Instagram on Monday to share that her youngest daughter Lennon started having seizures.
‘I pick her up and her eyes are blank and she’s spitting from her mouth. I go to call 911 but I know it’s faster for me to get to the ER,’ the 40-year-old mother-of-two wrote in her Instagram Story.
Once at the hospital, the medical staff revealed that four year old Lennon had contracted Covid.
Later, the child was transferred by ambulance to another hospital specialising in paediatrics because the seizures continued, but after ‘five bags of fluid and glucose…she was able to go home.’

‘I was actually shocked it [Covid] could present like this,’ admitted the actress, before revealing it was the second time the toddler had contracted the virus.
‘She’s resting now and keep her in your positive thoughts,’ concluded Sursok.
The shocking medical development comes as Sursok recently shared a moving video explaining why she ‘hated’ her body growing up.
The former soap star posted a video post to Instagram, and included clips of various celebrities being shamed for their weight.
Tammin’s clip featured stars such as the late Anna Nicole Smith and Victoria Beckham being quizzed on what they weigh by journalists.

‘Why did you hate your body and feel so judged growing up?’ Tammin captioned the clip.
She further added: ‘We have grown up with this being acceptable.
‘No wonder so many of us hated what we looked like or strived to look what society deemed as acceptable.

‘I pray and hope this is changing for us and our children. No one has the right to comment on your body and weight. Period.’
Tammin has been candid about her body image struggles in the past, admitting that she ‘desired to be wanted, to be lusted over’ as a young girl and struggled with an eating disorder.
Tammin lives in Nashville with husband Sean McEwen and their two daughters, nine-year-old Phoenix and Lennon.
