Abbie Chatfield has called out a young boy for ‘verbally abusing’ her on the street.
The 30-year-old Bachelor star revealed she broke down in tears after the 10-year-old boy yelled ‘f**k you, Abbie’ while she was sending a voice message to her friend.
‘I was just verbally abused by a 10-year-old boy in public. He was about 10, so he was old enough to swear at an adult woman,’ she said in an Instagram video.
‘I was voice messaging my friend, telling her about my mental health and how it wasn’t going very well.
‘I was trying to have a relaxing morning and trying to clear my mind from the trolling and abuse I cop every single day.’
Abbie claimed the young boy then randomly walked past and yelled at her before he continued walking with his mum.

‘As I’m doing that, this little twerp yelled, “F**k you Abbie”. You would think his mother would make him apologise or her apologise to me. I didn’t get an apology at all,’ she continued.
Abbie said the mother told her to “go away” and wouldn’t let her ask her son why he swore at her.
She described the incident as ‘highly disturbing’, before adding: ‘Boys are getting indoctrinated younger and younger by the manosphere.’
Abbie said it’s important to hold children accountable for their actions to prevent these behaviours in the future.
Some of her followers flocked to the comments to show their support while others told her to ‘move on’.
‘That’s so disturbing, even more so that the mother enabled his behaviour,’ one person commented.
‘This is disgusting and revolting. Not to mention terrifying for society,’ another said.

‘Disgusting. I would he furious if my son said something like that,’ a third wrote.
However others accused Abbie of being a ‘hypocrite’ by using her platform to call people out constantly.
‘Set a good example and stop being a hypocrite,’ wrote one person, while another added: ‘He’s 10 and you’re grown. Move on.’
‘Look you’re not a bad person, you need to get over yourself, you only do this to get attention,’ a third said.
