Abbie Chatfield was left furious on Monday after an irate driver beeped at her to move out of her parking spot while she was eating in her car.

The Bachelor star, 29, said she felt feeling dizzy after attending a yoga class, so she decided to snack on some corn chips and guacamole to get some energy.

‘Am I wrong in thinking people shouldn’t beep you when you get in your car, and you’re not ready to go yet? Like, I actually think that it’s so f***ing rude,’ she asked.

‘I’ve gotten in my car after yoga and I feel really dizzy, so I got some guac and chips from Guzman Y Gomez. And I’m sitting here trying to enjoy my chips, trying to get some sort of food into me before I start driving, because I’m shaking and I’m dizzy and I’m pre-menstrual and I feel really ill. Ill!

‘I have an ear infection. I just need to eat something before I get on the road. And this person were sitting there, beeping at me!’

Abbie said she felt entitled to sit and eat in peace after paying for the spot.

‘I’ve paid for an hour and 27 minutes, that ends in three minutes. I will sit here and eat my guac and chips,’ she ranted.

‘I’m allowed to sit and I don’t have to move because you can’t find a car park! I’m sorry that you’re late. Am I wrong?’

In the caption of her Instagram rant, Abbie wrote: ‘Parking in Bondi is expensive pls leave me alone!!!!!!!!!!!!! This person waited for like 6 minutes ?????? (Still sitting here bc still dizzy).’

While many people leapt to the media personality’s defense, one pointed out it was inconsiderate due to lack of parking spaces in the area.

‘It’s not really rude as there isn’t much parking,’ someone commented, to which Abbie replied: ‘Not my issue!!! Call the council babe!! I’m gonna pass out!!!’

Others agreed with Abbie, offering tips to waiting drivers who are ‘eyeing off’ a parking space.

‘You can absolutely stay parked and sitting in your car,’ one commented.

Do you think it’s rude to sit in your car while others are waiting for a park?

‘The only thing is if you’re going to your car and you can clearly see someone eyeing off your parking spot then it’s courtesy to either give them a little nod if you’re leaving or do the weird ‘I’m not leaving yet wave’.

‘So fine to take all the time you need, but if you see me slowing to wait for your park as you go to get in the car please do me the favour of shaking your head or giving me a friendly signal to know you’re not leaving soon! I’ll be on my way!’ added another.

It comes after Abbie admitted that she is currently ‘hating herself’.

Last week, the former radio host revealed she was not feeling good and tried to cheer herself up by posting a sultry selfie.

‘YET AGAIN I am shocked to find I am hating myself in the days leading up to my period!’ she wrote in the caption.

‘So here’s a hot photo of me that I love, taken in the only place in LA that I liked, cropped because my t**s are out.’

‘Desperate for validation while I wait for my next ovulation phase!’ she added.
