She put on a daring display in a black lace outfit as she flashed plenty of skin for the evening.
Matching the lace skirt and top, the star opted for some knee high transparent black socks, which were adorned with the same intricate lace detailing.
Abbey completed the look with pointed black wedges and wore her blonde locks in loose waves.

Later in the evening on the red carpet, Abbey worked the camera by posing from varying angles as she showed off her fabulous physique, not letting the cold weather impact her outfit choice.

Presented by jewllery brand Pandora. the annual British Fashion Awards returned to iconic London venue, the Royal Albert Hall.
Among the winners, Valentino Garavani won the Outstanding Achievement award, make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury picked up the Special Recognition Award, and the late Joe Casely-Hayford received a posthumous special recognition award.
Elsewhere south Londoner Kai Isaiah Jamal was nominated for the model of the year gong along with the likes of Paloma Elsesser and Alton Mason.
The BFC also reverted to gender-based design awards for the first time since the pandemic, splitting the best British designers into menswear and womenswear categories.

The event serves as the main fundraiser for the BFC Foundation. which supports the future growth and success of the British fashion industry through its focus on education, grant-giving, and business mentoring.

Caroline Rush, chief executive of the British Fashion Council, said: ‘It is imperative the awards are reflective of our incredibly multifaceted industry and its brands and creatives.’
