NFL superstar Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bundchen shocked the world when they announced last October they were ending their marriage after 13 years and two children together.
But despite parting ways, the former power couple happen to live just a stone’s throw away from one another in the exclusive Indian Creek Island community — often referred to as ‘Billionaire Bunker’ — in sunny Miami Beach, Florida.
It was reported shortly after the news of their divorce that Gisele, 43, had ‘secretly’ snapped up a fixer-upper across the water from Tom for $11.5million that summer.
Meanwhile, Tom has held onto the $17million mega mansion he and Gisele purchased in 2020 with the intent of spending the rest of their lives under one roof.
And now, one year after the pair’s shock split, DailyMail.com has obtained photos showcasing the state of Gisele and Tom’s separate residences and the extensive renovations currently underway.

Indian Creek Island is considered ‘the world’s most exclusive municipality’ with just 34 properties available across 300 acres – all of which have waterfront views of Biscayne Bay, near Miami.
The couple had made plans to move into the high-security enclave after they purchased the $17million property. They tore down a pre-existing 5,772-square-foot home on the lot so they could erect a state-of-the-art eco-friendly mansion in its place.
The construction was in its early phases in the months leading up to the divorce and DailyMail.com last got a look at the property in exclusive photos obtained in January that showed exponential progress.
Now, some nine months later, it’s clear that construction has continued on at a steady pace as the NFL star’s pool, detached gym as well as the home itself have truly taken shape.
Palm trees and green shrubs now populate the once barren, dirt-filled border that surrounded the 1.8-acre lot.
The spot seems tailor-made for the star, as it also includes an organic garden, a pickleball court, yoga terrace, solar panels, a cabana, prep, main and outdoor kitchen. It encompasses three buildings – a main house, a security post and a gym.
Floor plans of the home obtained by the Post shows that it spans an enormous 17,000 square feet, and includes five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, along with an elevator, a movie theatre and a guest suite.
Though he and Gisele has forked over a whopping $17million for the property, Page Six previously claimed that they also paid an additional $10.12 million in construction costs.
Once construction is finally complete, Tom will be neighbors with Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, hotel magnate Jeffrey Soffer and billionaire investor Carl Icahn.
Page Six previously reported that Tom’s ex-wife Gisele had closed on her five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot Miami Beach mansion on October 6.
A source told the outlet at the time that Gisele ‘was actively looking at homes in Miami Beach even before Tom took his break from the NFL’ — referring to the athlete’s infamous flip-flop retirement.
The insider claimed that this ‘indicates that she was already done with the marriage and moving on’ before their split in late 2022.

‘You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other,’ they added.
The property listing boasts soaring 25-foot ceilings, a large outdoor pool, a home theater, gym, several terraces and views of the waterway and Indian Creek Island.

The place appears to have been completely gutted from the inside and the roof is being entirely redone as blue tarps have replaced the home’s original brown shingles.
The master bedroom’s balcony showcased in the listing photos has been ripped apart and expanded to create a more spacious lookout.
The pool in the backyard is being completely redone but the landscaping has been left mostly untouched as well as her personal dock.
Together, the former couple owned numerous properties across the country – including a $3.6m apartment in New York City, a $17m mansion located on Miami’s Indian Creek Island, a lavish estate in Yellowstone, Montana, that’s reportedly worth $5.7m, and a stunning home in Costa Rica.
The exes have two children together – a son Benjamin, 13, and a daughter, Vivian, 10. Tom also has a 16-year-old son, Jack Moynahan, from a previous relationship with actor Bridget Moynahan, 52.
Gisele started dating the football star in 2007 and was with him for more than a decade before they confirmed they were divorcing in October 2022.

‘Just surviving’: Last month, the Vogue covergirl confessed that she was ‘just surviving’ before divorcing Tom during an interview with Lee Cowan for CBS News Sunday Morning; seen in 2018
Since parting ways with her husband of 13 years, Gisele has spoken candidly about the crumbing of their marriage and has since reignited her modeling career.
Last month, the Vogue covergirl confessed that she was ‘just surviving’ before divorcing Tom during an interview with Lee Cowan for CBS News Sunday Morning.
She said she has happily moved into a new era of her life and detailed how the pair ‘grew apart’ before their split – saying: ‘I think before I was more surviving, and now I’m living, which is different.’
Gisele has faced rumors that she’s dating her jiu-jitsu instruction Joaquim Valente — but multiple sources have insisted that the pair are just close friends.
Meanwhile, Tom has been romantically linked to supermodel Irina Shayk, 37, who previously dated and shares a child with actor Bradley Cooper, 48.
