The supermodel, 50, has won worldwide acclaim for her annual star-studded ‘Heidiween’ Halloween extravaganza, in which she has shocked and surprised celebrity guests and fans with her boundary-pushing outfits.
Last year’s bash – the first one in three years amid the pandemic – saw the star shock with a creepy full-body worm costume, with only her face visible.
The star has never shied away from extensive prosthetics to wow during spooky season including her iconic 2015 Jessica Rabbit costume which saw the model sport face and body implants.
She also transformed into a senior citizen in 2013 complete with wrinkles, age spots and yellow teeth, and horrified guests in 2019 with a gruesome take on a zombie alien – complete with visible brain.

Heidi ditched her stocky costume inside the party and put a jaw-dropping display in a transparent bedazzled bodysuit and brown boots, however she did hold on to her face mask.
The bombshell blonde let her voluminous blonde curls down, and happily posed with her other half.
Earlier, when she wore her worm costume, the only visible part of the runway sensation’s face were her eyes and smile, while the rest of her was covered by the unique costume, which featured a tail.

No doubt a lot of careful planning went into the reveal as each of the other women had prosthetics put on their faces to look just like the German-born beauty at the gala event held at the Vandal restaurant.
Obviously some looked exactly like the former Victoria’s Secret Angel while other faces missed the mark just a bit.
There was plenty of attention to detail paid to the look as they wore completely matching outfits including a nude-colored patterned bodysuit featuring gold metallic studs.
As if that wasn’t enough they all had their dirty blonde locks worn down into waves in middle-parts as they proudly flanked Heidi.
It was all about the details as even their make-up aside from the prosthetics was the same including shiny pink lip and smoky eye.
As if the costume wasn’t enough, the big reveal was also very intricate as they were unveiled in a large wooden crate with stickers with ‘Made In Germany’ all over it.

Not content with a mere slathering of green body paint, Heidi and Tom spent in hours in make-up and relied on prosthetics to ensure they looked uncannily like the movie characters. Ensuring she didn’t shatter the illusion, the supermodel even replicated Fiona’s ample bust and large puffy feet.
The German-born beauty sported the Princess’ trademark emerald green gown and managed to find an exact embroidered replica, while Tom was picture perfect in his off-white shirt/brown vest ensemble.

The legendary 14-minute John Landis directed video began with a famous scene where Jackson is on a date and morphs into a large, hairy creature.
Heidi’s look was a spitting image to the one made famous by the Bad hitmaker as she had grey prosthetics including hands, chest, and feline face, which were crafted especially by a team of special effects and make-up artists, including talented brother-sister duo Mike and Nikki Fontaine.
The intricate ensemble came complete with long grey ears peaking through a long black and grey wig in addition to whiskers coming from the cheeks.
Even the rest of the look was spot-on as she sported a red and gold varsity jacket with a big ‘M’ patch, jeans, white socks and black leather loafers.
And despite having to wear several layers of make-up, in addition to the realistic prosthetics covering her face and body, the supermodel rocked the entire look for several hours, only retiring from the dance floor in the early hours of the morning in order to remove the intricate costume.
No doubt they wanted to do the classic music video justice as she was also joined by several others wearing zombie costumes much like in the clip.
Each zombie who accompanied Heidi down the red carpet and into the party was modeled on a character from the original music video, in order to give as much authenticity to the look as possible.
The masterminds behind the costumes even went as far as to burn the hair on the wigs in order to create a truly ‘dead’ finish.
