Sophie Monk is spending a fortune on collectable Lego – but she says it helps her focus.
The Love Island Australia star tells this week’s issue of Woman’s Day that while expensive, the hobby is fruitful.
‘Buying Lego is actually an investment because they sell for crazy amounts, so it’s one of my better financial decisions, I think,’ the 44-year-old said.
She added that building Lego sets assists her in coping with her ADHD (Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder).
‘It is because it keeps you busy with your hands and because you’re creating a little world – you can really focus’ she tells the publication.

‘You might find it a bit tricky, the chicane’s quite severe… let’s hope you’ve got great downforce because it sets it up nicely to take the chicanes and master the apex turns if you can manage the understeer,’ she said.
‘If you manage the understeer, you’ll just be sweet. It’s easy!’ she added.
Sophie finished The Bachelorette with Stu Laundy and the pair dated for six months before going their separate ways, and she has since found love with husband Joshua Gross.
Sophie and Joshua eloped at their home on the NSW Central Coast in March, 2022.
