Julia Fox strayed from her typical over-the-top fashion on Saturday night as she headed to Quad Cinema in New York City.
The 33-year-old multihyphenate — who is the latest cover star of King Kong magazine — bared her flat abs in a slouchy cropped black sweater.
The knitted top was backless and the sleeves stopped at her elbows before transitioning into sheer black gloves.
The style savvy superstar teamed the fall-ready top with classic straight-leg blue jeans that fastened right below her belly-button.
The Down The Drain author stepped out to attend a screening of the film Something You Said Last Night, which she executive produced.
Night out: Julia Fox strayed from her typical over-the-top fashion on Saturday night as she headed to Quad Cinema in New York City
Detailed look: The 33-year-old multihyphenate bared her toned back in a slouchy, cropped, backless black sweater
Fox wore her shiny, red-tinted locks in a center part with face-framing layers and soft curls.
Her face was beautifully made up with her trendy, thin eyebrows anchoring the look.
Matte foundation was the base for her porcelain complexion and she dusted her cheeks in a highlighting pink blush.
The mother-of-one coated her plump pout in a shimmery brown hue, completing the look.
She carried a black leather purse with silver-toned stud details and wore black leather boots.
Julia has been actively promoting the movie on her social media platform.
On Saturday she shared a clip to her Instagram Story and gushed about Friday night’s premiere, ‘Last night was amazing. Thank you to everyone who came out to support.
‘See you guys again tonight!! I’ll be there at 7.’

She shared a video clip in which she says proudly, ‘I truly believe in this film and I believe that it’s long overdue, a film like this.’
‘And the world needs it, and the dolls need it, and it’s just for the greater good of humanity,’ she said about the drama.
There to moderate the screening alongside Julia on Friday evening was actress Tommy Dorfman.
The feature was written and directed by Canadian-Italian filmmaker Luis De Filippis, who is a proud transwoman.
Julia emphasized the relevant timing of the film in an interview clip as she reminded viewers, ‘trans rights are being attacked as we speak.’
Getting emotional in the outtake, she said at its core, the film ‘is about just being people at the end of the day.’
Dorfman also spread word about the film on Instagram, writing in a caption on Saturday, ‘Had a fantastic time moderating the first NYC screening of Something You Said Last Night with @luisdefilippis and @carmenmadonia!
‘The film is executive produced by @juliafox and playing til Thursday Sept 28 at @quadcinema – get tickets before it’s gone!’

After New York City, the movie will also spend one week playing in Los Angeles from Sept 29-Oct 5.
While talking up the film on another occasion, Fox emphasized how difficult it is to make a film as a woman, let alone a transwoman.
‘It is so hard just, even as a woman, to get anything made and for people to take you seriously, so just imagine as a transwoman how hard it is,’ she said to an audience.
‘The fact that we’re even here is actually a f*****g miracle,’ she stressed.
