Bethenny Frankel revealed that she used to date Jennifer Aniston’s new boyfriend Jim Curtis.
The 54-year-old media personality announced on the latest episode of her Just B podcast, ‘I dated Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend and he was a nice guy.’
‘Out of respect’ for the new couple, the former Real Housewives of New York City star said she wouldn’t divulge ‘too much’ about the former relationship.
Bethenny broached the subject by prefacing, ‘I’m happy for her, and I want to say this in the right way…’
She then mentioned the hypnotherapist by name as she said, ‘His name is Jim Curtis, and he’s getting a lot of attention because he’s with her now, and he’s in the wellness space.’
The mother-of-one then mentioned that she and Jim ‘didn’t get that into’ wellness because she doesn’t always take it seriously.

The ex Bravo star added, ‘He was earlier in his journey. But with that and with the wellness aspect, there was an earthiness to it, and it does vibe with Jen Aniston.’
She repeated, ‘I’m happy for Jennifer Aniston because I do believe she wants to find love.
‘I do believe it’s been difficult, as I understand as well as anybody can, and I do believe she’s sort of got that earthy, mellow side to her.’
And the outspoken social media influencer predicts that Jennifer and Jim will go the distance.
‘He’s a handsome, nice man, and he seems kind. I think this is good,’ Bethenny said before giving her final thoughts.
‘I like it, and I’m happy for her and for him, who, like I said, I thought was a lovely man,’ she reiterated.
In July the Friends alum, 56, and Jim, 50, were spotted on a yacht as they vacationed together in Mallorca, Spain with actor Jason Bateman, his wife, and other friends.
‘They do everything together, they are always together, and if they have to be away from each other, they are on the phone all the time. They are so hot and heavy, it’s crazy,’ a source told Daily Mail in late August.

The person with direct knowledge added, ‘The amazing thing is that they click really well because they have the same interests like meditation, yoga, therapy and dogs.’
Jim is a life coach and love ‘guru,’ and he describes himself as a ‘transformational coach and hypnotherapist.’
Jennifer has been following him on social media for nearly two years.
She was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005, and later Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2017.
In August 2023 she opened up about the long-term effect her parents Nancy Dow and John Aniston’s bitter 1980 divorce had on her love life.
Speaking with WSJ. Magazine, she admitted that her ‘difficult’ childhood experiences didn’t leave her desperate to say ‘I do.’
‘It was always a little bit difficult for me in relationships, I think, because I really was kind of alone,’ she explained at the time.
She admitted it felt ‘easier’ to just be alone.
‘I didn’t like the idea of sacrificing who you were or what you needed, so I didn’t really know how to do that,’ she said, before adding, ‘So it was almost easier to just be kind of solo. So I didn’t have any real training in that give-and-take.’
